“Greeted with wonderful wood smoke smell coming from out back, a big smile from the girl taking our order who could not have been sweeter! Down to earth, home style ! Nothing fancy decor wise . Saw lots of drive through and pick up orders.Ribs were good chicken was good but the sides were what I would go back for. Potato casserole my personal favorite. I prefered the mayo slaw over the vinegar but both were yummy. Definitely "get you some!"“
“The pulled pork sandwiches are really good. The shredded pork sandwiches a bit on the sweet side. Everyones tastes are different so... Took 5 minutes to get our food ordered to which considering there wasn't any waiting line. They did get our food to us pretty quickly. Nice open area with tables and a couple of TV shows playingThe other customers were enjoying the food and all.“
“My son and I were passing thru on our way to Red Boiling Springs. When we turned on the main drag of this small town we could smell the BBQ. We decided to stop and have the rib dinner. It was amazing. Got the hot bbq sauce and slaw and green beans for sides. I'm drooling as I type this. Now my son and I are trying to find an excuse to make the 7 hour trek for more.This place is in the middle of nowhere but we'll worth the detour.“
“The 5 stars is definitely true, and worthwhile. Price and food are so worth it. Came here originally because of that and for the bbq, and was given extra baked beans and potato salad because I just loved the food, and the owner gave me an extra burger because they didn’t have what I originally ask for! You can’t ask for nicer people! I’ll be going back.“
