Horrible customer service, rude workers. Gets orders wrong more times than right. Waaaay too many stories to tell on here about how incompetent most of them are
We order breakfast on the app almost daily. This morning instead of getting the food they’re acting like the order didn’t exist. Refused to give the food or a refund. They said my phone has to be there even though everyday I order, and put in what parking spot number my husband parks in. They said to contact the app but the app says to go to the local store. There is no number on the app unless you’ve ordered using DoorDash or Uber eats. I finally found a number on google...read full review
