The cold brew was so unpleasant. I immediately had to dump it out. I would say only go here if you want one of the really sugary drinks, the coffee itself is so bad

7 Brew is my absolute favorite coffee place back home in Missouri. I keep trying to like this one and I'm driving from Frankfort to get coffee here but I consistently just get a cup of air! I don't know what they're doing wrong at this one but when I buy my coffee at home the cup is full it doesn't settle to more than half the Cup being foam! I spent over $25 and I got three cups of air and this isn't the first time, but it will be my last time at this location. I'll just save my time, gas, and money and go to Dunkin from here on out the remainder of our time here. Pic of what should be a Sweet & Salty Chiller with Xtra shot but what I got are cups of foam. Edited: Adding additional Pic of coffee after foam completely settled, payed for large chillers maybe it's a small after settling & tasted like pure syrup today. I buy 3 to 4 of these when I'm at home because I live 60 miles away from the nearest location and this never happens! I put them in the fridge and the cups are still full the next day

Came through and ordered two drinks. I got one that was German chocolate and asked for it half sweet. It tasted like milk and coffee so I just asked them to remake it or get me more flavoring and the girl loudly says “WELL SHE ASKED FOR IT HALF SWEET, THATS STUPID” and glares at me while she starts remaking it. This is why people don’t ask for stuff remade because of rude workers like her. Ive Only been twice but I will not be returning.

Maybe the rudest customer service we have experienced. We ordered 4 drinks, two blondies, a decaf blondie with banana and a 5 shot blondie with banana. Simple. They apparently messed up a drink, so we were waiting on one, but we didn’t know which. She came out and said it’s one with banana. I tried to tell her we only have two with banana, one is decaf and one has extra shots. She said decaf was marked, but the only one marked was much darker than the others. I said so the decaf is the one with five shots? Then she just kept raising her voice saying “did you order a 5 shot decaf!?” Which was confusing and weird, because I was just trying to confirm if any of them were decaf, because I can’t have caffeine. We were running late and I finally gave up trying to confirm with her and we left and trashed all of them, rather than trying to play caffeine roulette. Just a ick experience. Unorganized and rude for no reason.

Second was better, though it seems they are still not fully trained on their drinks or able to make recommendations, estimate caffeine content, etc. Third time was probably my last for this location, as I ran out of time waiting in drive-thru. I was third car in inside lane and there were two in outside lane. Those two cars and two more (all in that outer lane) had had orders taken while I sat. If your going to operate two lanes you should know how to run them. May want to take some pointers from Dutch Bros, they have similar set up but coffee drinks and staff are awesome. Pricing is good and much better than SB, I'll give em that! ?
