i love 7 brew so much , and frequently go to the location on harrodsburg road . it has consistent problem with this location being extremely slow . i understand when it’s busy for service to take a little long , but there will be 3 cars in front of me and it takes 15 minutes each time to even get my order taken . today i waited 15 minutes again to order, and got hot caramel latte and they made it iced , which is no problem i just let them know it was wrong , and the girl in the lane proceeded to just take the drink say nothing and start rolling her eyes . i used to love this location but im not sure what has been going so down hill lately about it .

I request my favorite every time with light Carmel drizzle and every time they put SO MUCH and I tell them that my last drink had way to much Carmel in it and can it be extra light drizzle and guess what it never is!! I had to throw away 2 drinks so far due to the overpowering of the Carmel!!! I'm not coming back to this location anymore!!!

by the looks of the lawn they do not care about appearance, it is a shame they must be going under, it is the 4th of July weekend , i am sure they have lots of customers and travelers passing by and the lawn is a foot tall and lots of weeds, i would think they could afford to have it cut regularly or maybe not, spend all that money on a new building a new parking lot and have the lawn a foot tall and it be on a BIG holiday weekend.
