First time rating Arby's but a frequent visitor. Had to post because this had to be one of the best Arby's that I've visited. The staff members were very friendly and the restaurant was so clean both inside and out.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who was working as the cashier last night from 5:30 - 6:30. She was great, what a customer focused person, very attentive and inviting. Give her a raise and put her on the management track.

Oh.. this place. Okay .. here goes. You can go in any time and watch the front of the house (especially one man in particular) bust his behind .. quite literally. He's incredibly polite, helpful and can bust orders out like nobodies business. The issue then you might ask. WHOEVER is in the back of the house getting the orders ready! It is killing front of the house and drive thru. The manager..acts entitled.. and nonchalant.. totally oblivious as to what is glaringly going...
