We used to love this restaurant for breakfast. My mom went there last week and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage well done. They said ok, she puked forward and paid. When she got the sandwich she checked it and the sausage was not well done. The cashier then said that they weren’t able to make it well done. So my mom asked for her money back.The cashier went and talked to someone. When she returned she told my mom that they would make her sandwich. She just needed to pull forward and wait. So she waited well over five minutes. Then that same cashier came outside and gave my mom her refund.This interaction was handled poorly from top to bottom. When she was at the speaker, they should have told her that well done was not an option. And then they made her wait for her refund just to be jerks for a problem they caused by not communicating. They will not be receiving anymore of my money.

Got to the drive thru ordered our food took 15 minutes just to get to the window. Then had to get pulled up so they could drop chicken. That was at 7:00 we didn't leave until 8 :45 never got our chicken. Had two girls on their cellphones laughing and not working. Almost 2 hours waiting along with other people and they didn't to work. Pathetic

Always great food and unlike there next door neighbor in Versailles, alway such a kind, grateful staff that helps swiftly and perfectly with all questions. I think it's the most UNDERRATED Chicken restaurant on earth, Literally. In my humble opinion, this place gets 10 ??????????. Go Here!!!!!!!!!

They didn't have condiments, tops to cups, straws, or even silverware to eat with out in the inside and they said they were out of ketchup. These things are kind of essential if u are running a restaurant business you would think. They didn't have no food ready and u had to wait for a bit to get ur meal but it was fresh an the food was good. They was also out of the blueberry biscuits they serve wich is one thing they are known for... I was kindly disappointed with my trip there...

Whenever I go there it's just a bad experience. I've stopped going. They hire kids (nothing against that) but they never seem to know what they're doing. The chicken is over spicy and greasy. The last and final time I went I ordered a wing and breast. When I got home I found out I was served a breast and thigh. I do not like dark meat and had to throw it away.

Don't bother going to this location. The employees are lazy, rude and just don't care about service. They stand around inside laughing at the fact that they have customers waiting. This location needs new employees ASAP. Not only were the people working the drive through apathetic, but also refused to say more than my total. No "thank you" or "you're welcome" after I thanked them for the food. Common courtesy goes a long way and just from my experience, their unenthusiatic attitudes and poor manners reflect poorly upon the chain which is based off of southern hospitality and food. The other resturant that I have been to have been infinitely more jovial and I would recommend any one of them other than the one I'm reviewng.

Pleasantly surprised! The chicken was freshly fried, had a nice spice level, was tender and moisture, and delicious. The Mac and cheese needed salt. Fries were fresh and hot.

They don't know how to properly clean, trim & cook chicken, just battered w/flour & spices and fried it. You can taste the bad quality & rush prep. It's awful, if you know you know!!! And there's no options for how customers would prefer their chicken, ex: crispy or grilled or original, like KFC. Bojangles is Cajun style only, but low quality. They know how to make biscuits tho, 5stars and some menu items are very affordable! That's the only redeeming factors, biscuits & price, otherwise I would gave 1 star. There are areas to improve, for such a big name, popular franchise!
