We ordered the carne asada and a chicken bowl not only were the bowls over $20 each because you now must pay per toping, but the carna asada is over cooked, over seasoned and fatty to the point it's almost uneatable. This would be one of the worst burrito bowls I've ever eaten and if it where my first I would never eat here again. Buy beware of what you're getting. I would not recommend.

Tiny little burritos for $12. The layout of the restaurant is inconvenient and the service leaves a lot to be wanted. Not the best chipotle.
Edit: Over the past few months there has been a positive shift in my experience. Perhaps there is new management. If so, I hope they stick around. I'm upgrading to 3 stars and if the the experience stays the same I'll circle back and upgrade again.

Very disappointing location. We placed an online order for pickup at 7pm, and got there at 6:50pm for pickup. The food order was cold so no telling what time it was assembled. My husband’s chicken was awful. It was not fresh at all and very chewy. The chips were also stale.

We have tried to eat here twice. And both times after standing in line and realizing that they were out of whatever we wanted, we simply crossed the street to the always good MiPueblito. Do yourself a favor. Just cross the street. We did the quick math, and full service was actually less expensive than standing in line and settling for leftover bits.

My family and I have given this Chipotle location more than enough chances, but unfortunately, the quality and service continue to disappoint. I placed a mobile order and was incredibly let down — again. The food was cold when I picked it up (5 min prior to my estimated pick up time), the portion sizes were noticeably small again (not even half full bowls), and the chips were stale. On top of that, the staff was not friendly or welcoming, which just added to the negative experience. The 1 Star given is due to the food being ready on time (and the fact that 0 is not an option).
I’ve visited this location multiple times hoping things would improve since it opened, but sadly, the issues have remained consistent. I won’t be returning and will instead visit the Lexington location which has always had superior service. This location needs serious attention in both food quality and customer service.
