I have been to this location multiple times. Every time thus far the food has been sub par compared to other locations. This time specifically the chips were under cooked and they were out of pico. The employees are ok, some are not great with customer service. This restaurant doesn’t have the volume other chipotles have and these problems and inconsistencies should be easily fixed but they haven’t been. The only reason and I mean only reason I keep going back is its proximity...
It's your typical Chipotle fare, which is decent, but you can tell they've had some struggles getting the restaurant up and going. While the drive-thru window is open to pick up online orders, they still don't have an operating order system to be able to order drive-thru on location.

Edit: Over the past few months there has been a positive shift in my experience. Perhaps there is new management. If so, I hope they stick around. I'm upgrading to 3 stars and if the the experience stays the same I'll circle back and upgrade again.
