So we booked the party room for a member celebration for our school~ probably about 40 of us. The food and service was great. Our server Tanner knocked it out of the park~talk about hustle. Laid back, fun atmosphere! Will definitely bring the crew out again!

From out of state. Picked this restaurant for dinner. Waiter came and gave us water and 20 minutes of him just walking around, we just left. Another table next to us left after also waiting for 25 minutes. Left and went to a fast food place nearby.

We love Cluckers! Has been a weekly staple for us since they opened. Love the service, great beer selection, and daily specials. And the food, so much good food. All the appetizers are great, but favorite are their jalapeño poppers and the pretzel & beer cheese. The Tony's style wing, delicious. But honestly my favorite are their boneless wings, the best boneless wings I've had hands down. They are not that nasty thick breading like other places, but lightly breaded, to give a crunch, juicy big chunks of meat, and then toss em in 1 of their many sauces.

Wait time on food and any service takes forever because they are chronically understaffed. The food is usually pretty good, but the customer experience would significantly improve if they got more staff and had an actual system for making sure patrons were taken care of. It’s often 15-20 minutes before anyone even greets you, then another 15-20 to get drinks and then longer to get food, etc.

I really don't want to talk negatively about any business and for the most part, this place is good, or was good, with most everything, regarding the food. However, today I go there and get a to go order. I understand when you walk in to give a to go order, things take a little longer probably, but in this case, there were mayyyyyybe 12 other customers there so it shouldn't have taken anytime at all. So, i was there 42 minutes waiting on a pretty small, normal order, which btw, is ok with me, im pretty patient when it comes to that because I know how hard restaurant work truly is, it's awful at times. Besides all that, which wasn't the biggest deal of course, the problem lies in the very very very slimy and old onion rings I received and didn't notice til I was home obviously. I blame nobody there, it's a team and someone is NOT RUNNING THE KITCHEN TEAM AT ALL!. Non-existent pride in what they do. Also, a huuuuuge No No is the restaurant biz, the chicken was undercooked inside and extremely crispy on the outside. Ok, done. Maybe give them a chance but as of this date, it just wasn't food that was prepared by a good chef with extreme pride. Disappointed but hope they turn it around.

I have been here multiple times and even when it first opened. It was all the hype when it opened and it was really good. Food and service were perfect but the atmosphere was a bit off for me. Now that it has been open for a while it has gone way down hill. The food is still good but there was (last time I went) a shortage of staff I’d say. So that brought it down one star (including the atmosphere).
