We were imthe only one in line. We ordered two blizzards, we pulled around and they were holding them out the window. They were just vanilla with toppings thrown on top not mixed. What a shame This used to be a nice Dairy Queen I called and they said oh we stir all of our blizzards and I said why was it vanilla from top to bottom? They said we have video we can watch. I said well you need to watch. I said you don’t we don’t need to you’ve already complained. How does that make any sense? Anyway I’ll go to the one on Versailles Road from now on. I know it’s hard to get good help Warren Buffett wouldn’t be pleased

The lady that waited on us and brought our food to the table was simply fantastic. She was the epitome of what customer service is all about. I wish I could recall her name, but again she was fantastic and even wished us well when we were exiting the restaurant. This is a type of customer service that you very rarely see. I'm sure if management is reading this, you know exactly who I probably am referring to because I witnessed her do the same to all people that came to the register and when she took the food to their tables. The shift manager rudely refused to allow an employee to write happy birthday on the ice cream cake I bought for my wife. She said it already had an edible sticker printed on it so they won't also add a written message to it. The edible sticker was just a ring of flowers with a blank spot specifically to have a message written inside. I didn't even want the edible sticker, but every ice cream cake had one on it, it so I had no choice. This service and selection are very disappointing considering my wife always wants a DQ cake for her birthday. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Edit: I reached out like what was suggested and never heard anything back from DQ other than a confirmation email that my complaint was filed. This was a waste of time.

Burgers were not very much, did not get ice cream. Which is the place to be? If you're gonna do that, but hey, if you want ice cream, this is kind of the last restaurant before you get on bluegrass Parkway.

The gal at the window was the most amazing drive through encounter I’ve ever expierianced. She was so polite and asked how my day was and better yet told me to have a great weekend. That is the person you want working for you. I don’t go to Dairy Queen often- but I’ll be back because of her! Food was actually great too! I love that lady!

I ordered a small Oreo blizzard and unfortunately it was mostly vanilla ice cream. I rarely get these but I wanted one. Maybe you've cut back on Oreos. Kinda bummed.

Stopped by here w my mom. We used to own Hurst Motel and I lived there until I was 12. We went through drive through and service was quick and polite. Prices are great and loved the chocolate sundaes we got. Drove over to location of old Hurst Motel and reminisced. Thank you for still being open.
