Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Whenever I'm in Versailles I always stop at this dairy queen. In my opinion it's the best one in the state. The food has always been hot and fresh and the blizzards are always on point. Ive never had a problem with employees they are always so polite.

This place is incredible! I was in there the other morning and the Lady and the two kids working were kicking ass! No help from what looked like the owner sitting in the lobby. If he was just a customer then please let me know and I will adjust my review! He should have helped!
But to the lady killing it, you did great! I wish I would have gotten your name! Anyhow, all these stars are for you and your workers!

80% of the time we have no issues here with food, service etc, but the other 20% it's usually the lack of ingredients that's the problem. Here's my wife's most recent chocolate Sunday with nuts. Whoever thought this was acceptable needs more training. This stuff is expensive.

This Dairy Queen never fails to disappoint. Every time I go here there’s always a problem. The blizzards are always melted, never made right. Staff always has a trashy attitude and does not listen. When you ask for them to make it right they try to make what they originally gave you work and then leave the cups disgusting and sticky getting it all over our vehicles. Livid doesn’t cover it..

I always go to this particular Dairy Queen. I get the same thing every time I go there and when they see me coming they have already started making it and have it ready within minutes after I paid for it. The staff at this Dairy Queen are exceptional I will give it 10 Stars. They are the best, wind

Me, my fiance and 2 kids under 2yro went in for my son a fudge Sunday and a small fry as a treat, no other customers was in there when we arrived and 2 cars in drive thru, the lobby was a mess with food and chairs pulled out, the cashier continued talking too low even after we asked her to talk louder cause it was hart to hear in there with all the restaurant noise going on, and it took literally 10 minutes for a small fry and a couple minutes longer the chocolate sunday to be made, it's a really small lobby and only 2 cars in drive thru, so I just can't understand why this experience wasn't better for us like it should've been.

Kid-friendliness: It's a small lobby but kids seem to like it cause of the ice cream and food and the lobby is normal tables and regular booths for people of all ages

The "Kid MANAGER" was rude and LAZY!! He definitely was a prick!! I go to this dairy Queen every morning to get my husband breakfast after he gets off work from working 12 hours (8pm-8am) ... But I will go somewhere else from now on I am done with this overpriced dairy Queen!! I will probably be calling corporate!! If you live VERSAILLES you should already know how rude and careless this DQ is!! ? They won't be getting my business anymore that's a FACT!!
