Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Service was excellent and the food was fresh and hot.

After coming here for years, I have to say that the workers have always been snarky. The ice cream is horrendous. Yesterday, I went to get some after my shift, and I asked for a medium strawberry cheesecake with extra filling, and I got a top full of what I wanted, but the rest was vanilla. This has happened every time, where it's just vanilla and nothing else. Want some locatal DQ? The DQ on the way to Lexington is 100% better and worth the extra few minutes of driving than getting a poorly done cup of vanilla ice cream.

This location hires highschoolers who couldn't care less. I live in town and have been here a handful of times, but never again. Either go to Spotz down town to go to the DQ near the castle. It's worth the drive.
This DQ doesn't care if they mess up your order. It's never consistant and they just don't care.
They literally put the ingredients for each of our blizzards in the same cup then argued when we pointed out how one had nothing in it. Meanwhile, the other blizzard had all of the ingredients on top, leaving the bottom pure vanilla ice cream.

Terrible. Never again.

The employees have no idea how to make the blizzards they just guess the ingredients I get messing up 1 time but I’ve been there like 6 times in the past 3 months and every time they do not know how to make an Oreo hot cocoa guess from now on I’ll have to make the extra 15 minute drive when I want an ice cream.

Pizza would get a 5 star if it were more consistent from visit to visit. During busy times, pizza is a touch under cooked.

Waited for 10 or 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and only one car moved. Didn't want to waste my whole lunch break sitting in line so I left.

Every time I come to this location the staff is super friendly and helpful. 5 star experience as far as I’m concerned

Whenever I'm in Versailles I always stop at this dairy queen. In my opinion it's the best one in the state. The food has always been hot and fresh and the blizzards are always on point. Ive never had a problem with employees they are always so polite.

This place is incredible! I was in there the other morning and the Lady and the two kids working were kicking ass! No help from what looked like the owner sitting in the lobby. If he was just a customer then please let me know and I will adjust my review! He should have helped!
But to the lady killing it, you did great! I wish I would have gotten your name! Anyhow, all these stars are for you and your workers!

80% of the time we have no issues here with food, service etc, but the other 20% it's usually the lack of ingredients that's the problem. Here's my wife's most recent chocolate Sunday with nuts. Whoever thought this was acceptable needs more training. This stuff is expensive.

This Dairy Queen never fails to disappoint. Every time I go here there’s always a problem. The blizzards are always melted, never made right. Staff always has a trashy attitude and does not listen. When you ask for them to make it right they try to make what they originally gave you work and then leave the cups disgusting and sticky getting it all over our vehicles. Livid doesn’t cover it..

I always go to this particular Dairy Queen. I get the same thing every time I go there and when they see me coming they have already started making it and have it ready within minutes after I paid for it. The staff at this Dairy Queen are exceptional I will give it 10 Stars. They are the best, wind
