Ordered a Vito Little John, And asked if they could substitute the capicola for extra salami?
Employee at the window taking the money handing the orders out just flat out said no we can’t!
I said why not I’m paying for it .The salami Shouldn’t be Much of a price difference than the Capicola I said, And he said yeah, no, we can’t do it!

First, I must say that I'm a frequent customer and always satisfied with the food and service. But.... today, I ordered the usual #3 tuna with cheese, tomato, and well, the tuna was non-existent. My other sandwich was good. I have no explanation. ?? I'll be back, so don't disappoint me again, JJ.

While the staff is nice, we are going to stop ordering from this establishment. We’ve been on a bad streak of mistake after mistake with our delivery orders. On average, we order about once a week. The last order hasn’t even been completed even after a second trip back to the house. The details matter. Chips matter. Drinks matter. Getting the sandwiches right… it matters. When you make a mistake or several, it’s not enough to say that “We’re sorry”. You have to fix the issue with a lot more than empty words.
