First, I must say that I'm a frequent customer and always satisfied with the food and service. But.... today, I ordered the usual #3 tuna with cheese, tomato, and well, the tuna was non-existent. My other sandwich was good. I have no explanation. ?? I'll be back, so don't disappoint me again, JJ.

While the staff is nice, we are going to stop ordering from this establishment. We’ve been on a bad streak of mistake after mistake with our delivery orders. On average, we order about once a week. The last order hasn’t even been completed even after a second trip back to the house. The details matter. Chips matter. Drinks matter. Getting the sandwiches right… it matters. When you make a mistake or several, it’s not enough to say that “We’re sorry”. You have to fix the issue with a lot more than empty words.

Service is outstanding from this JJ staff. The food is missing something that other JJ locations have. Maybe other locations use more sauce and condiments or maybe it's just me. All locations should be almost identical in flavor and presentation. It hasn't stopped me from coming back.
