Always out of crispy breast anytime u go. Then have enough nerve to say well we are close to closing so they arent making more. It was almost 2 hours before they was closing.

I give up!I have given kfc,versailles many chances even asking if chicken sandwich was cooked to order,as new tv promos (and big sign in window) proclaimed.. The drive thru person said no. I love kfc, but will never go to this one again. It would be a great Popeye's.

Zero stars here. Last night, 6:15, my husband went to order 2 take out meals, a wings dinner, and a white me dinner. First, the dining room was closed. He went to drive through, was told they had no chicken with bones, only fingers and nuggets. He drove away so he could call me. At that time one car went through the drive through. He went back to the window to ask a question and was then told they only had popcorn chicken left. Is this not the most ridiculous thing. It's no wonder there are only horrible reviews for this restaurant. I cannot believe they can still be in business. I hope they can get their act together, would hate to see it shut down, but we won't go back, unless we hear they have figured out the way it should be

Yelp should have zero stars for places like this. Gave this place the last chance. Was told had to wait 20 min for chicken to be cooked. Ordered to go and came back 20 min later. Was told no breast were cooked. So they substituted thighs. Got home they had substituted 1 thigh and a wing to replace 2 breasts "A wing is NOT a fair trade for a breast." It got worse, all the chicken was so old and dried out it was inedible. Obviously not cooked recently. Likely had been setting for hours from the lukewarm dried out texture. Had to make dinner of a couple scoops of potatoes with gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. If this was the first time for getting old stale chicken from this location I would just chalk it up to Covid. But this has happened before, To add insult to injury, They lied and wasted 20 minutes of my time to give me bottom of the drawer chicken. NEVER again. I'm done giving them my my money. Avoid this place or get ripped off.

Ordered a combo. Was asked to pull into a spot. Told it would be 5 minutes. Watched a couple of cars go through behind me (not busy). Watched 3 people come out and smoke/vape. Twice. Got out of the car after 15 minutes and started to walk to the door. 2 went in and one just repeated, "coming out now, Hun" a couple of times. I left. Still got charged for the meal.

Place is a joke. Food is terrible and the manager is so rude. Bought a bucket of chicken that was so burnt it was impossible to eat, and would not exchange or refund. Had to call corporate just to file a complaint which is ridiculous. Take pride in your job and not just for the check. All fast food places in Versailles are getting worse and worse everyday.

They messed up our order and didn't notice until we got home. Got wrong side and shorted bisquits. The food we did have was good.

If there could be no stars, it would be more honest. This used to be a decent restaurant but, no more. And it's not just our latest experience either. The last couple of times we've gone, the inside is closed. Ok, I get it. Can't get workers. So we order, get our food and, not only is it not what we ordered. But, it's crap. Dried up, not fully cooked, been setting for a while nastiness. Every stinking time. And it's not late at night either. It's dinner time and we're the only people in line. I would blame the workers but the manager, Big Rob, is always there. He says let me fix that for you but what he gives us is no better. Total thumbs down!

Somebody from KFC corporate needs to pay these guys a visit. No way they are up to franchise standards. Dry and nasty chicken and a tiny serving of coleslaw. I try to stay positive and give good reviews, but this was terrible.

My 96 yr neighbor who does not drive, Announced she wanted some GOOD FRIED CHICKEN ! She said she didn't likeCrispy . I got original she said so good ! ! !

I ordered the meal that has 2 thighs and 1 leg. I received 2 legs and 1 breast. The chicken was over cooked. Crust was too hard and I ordered original crust. The biscuit was also hard. I maybe would have been ok with the substitutions if I was notified ahead of time. Glad this isn't my hometown KFC.
