Love the place and the locals. Believe me you will become a local no matter where you come from. Just plain good 'ol Kentucky folks that treat you like they've always known you. Can't beat the prices either.

It's called locals and all the patrons where just that. Nothing on draft but all the beer is cold. Very nice locals who where kind and welcoming. And yes, the Meters is still my jam Cliff.

I dig dive bars but this joint has a definition all to itself. I thought the place was closed down so we parked our bikes to check because i had called early to get directions and they said they were open. They’re on another level in there so we left. Fun place to stop for a beer. No food here but do have a taco food truck located close. Owner is very friendly.
