Both Frankfort locations quite frankly both suck. Unless you are dealing with Marty or Jennifer on the west side you're going get nothing but an attitude from the employees and most likely it'll be accompanied by either 1, an incorrect order, 2, cold food, or 3, missing items. If you get real lucky and you're special, it might be a combination of it all. The employees are rude, they don't say thank you

In any customer service jobs there shouldnt be any employees have AirPods in there ears while working customer service positions. This is the worst customer service McDonald’s I have ever seen

Card reader didn't work, took several times of multiple people swiping my card before I suggested they try a different machine, then they finally did and it worked. Then I received my food, in which I take it home and see that both my quarter pound burgers are partially raw in the middle. Definitely not eating that, and sadly it's not the first time it's happened and at other McDonald's as well. They rush the burgers so much that they serve you a grease piled under cooked burger. Very disappointing

I don’t know who the manager on duty was on 10/12/2024 but she was being very rude and mean too one of her employees to the point where she was crying outside the building. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you have an issue with an employee then you handle that in the back, NOT IN THE LOBBY. The employee was an older lady with a pink bike. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Food was hot when we got it to the car. That doesn't happen very often anywhere anymore! And they got my order right which doesn't happen very often anymore either! This will always be a stop when I am in that area of the state!!

Breakfast and lunch are about as good as McDonalds goes but after 4/5pm everything changes. And if you go sometime after 8 then be prepared to wait 10+ minutes for greasy soggy buns on your quarter pounder with pink in the middle and almost looking burnt on the outside patties( is the grill cook ok? Is it the new type of patties? I have no idea), cold fries that have been sitting awhile (but also just under cooked with that weird texture that lets you know they were pulled up too early), and just enough interaction from the high school workers to let you know both you and them would rather be any where else but the situation you both find each other in… Yes I’ll eat there again, eventually, but not after 5pm any more.

Friday night so knew I would wait, was 10 minutes no biggie, burger was right and good, fries were cold, gave me the wrong drink and no napkins and the little boy working the window didn't say 2 words, not a good night for McDonald's
