Where do I even begin with this company. You are overworked, pushed to your limits, and treated absolutely terrible. 12 hour days sometimes 5 days a week. Lack of safety, especially with ergonomic issues people are in constant pain from the work that they have to do there. It is unbearably hot in the summer and there “reward” for working in the 100 plus degrees are popsicles. They currently laid off many employees to downsize but the owner can afford to have 3 different homes. That doesn’t seem to “family” like to me. HR is an absolute nightmare. They are not very unhelpful and will talk negatively about employees in the break area for everyone to hear. Which is very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and just go work at Amazon where you can at least have a water bottle while you work. Ethics and integrity really lack with this company which is unfortunate considering they preach a safe family environment. It is a true statement when a company says we’re family that it can be one of the most toxic environments you ever work in. You are not family there you were just a number on the floor. They put on a great act to get you in there and once you’re in there, you were never really spoken to anymore but the office staff up front and you’re just another statistic for them

I just started working here about 9 or 10 weeks ago I think the pond out front is beautiful. Great place to work with a 4 day work week so great hours, great pay, management is on point, paid time off. Love this job. Also this is the cleanest place I have ever worked at period. Love it.

My experience with this company: @1st it was hard to get a hold of someone to actually schedule interview. But once that was established, the rest of the process went fairly quickly. Had phone interview that day. Invited to come the next day for in person where I was given a tour. Told a lot about the process within & how my schedule would be the 1st 3 wks of orientation. Was sent to have a urine screen off site. Was told no information on drug policy there. As the honest person I am, I had a hunch that a pin(smoking apparatus) cld test positive for thc (surely the lab can identify that it’s a pen from a gas station & not the actual stuff) but come to find out, no matter what, positive is positive period. Had I known this wld be a factor, I wldv waited. Or spoken directly to HR about my situation. But once the lab sent my results to MTAB Inc. they sealed the deal as unqualified for employment for a positive THC didn’t hear any explanation from me. It was almost as if I no longer mattered in their world & I was now nothing to them since I smoked some device from a gas station. Those shldnt be sold if they hinder good people that are dying to work like me from getting employment. And people are seriously complaining about not having good workers. You’re looking through the wrong side of ppl is the problem. I was told I could apply for 6 months. Crushed or devastated is an understatement. But got a different taste in my mouth now for this company. Maybe it was God giving me a real glimpse into how this company really is? Idk but I figured I would share my experience regardless

I had a good experience with most of the people there. Sadly Ashley, one of the head supervisors got really nasty with me when I did nothing wrong. Went in for the interview and they really liked me. Went in for orientation the next 2 days, 1st day 9am-7pm and the 2nd day 7am-7pm. I was there the full day the 1st day and the second day I left at 5pm after being there since 9am. She pulled me back into the room after I was on my break, after I learned how to operate the machines and started to even be on a line. I got alone with everybody I came across and nobody had anything bad to say about me. Ashley called me into her office and said I needed to leave and she was pulling my employment over something that had nothing to do with me or my worth ethic or anything that happened in that building what so ever. I was on time both days I was there and did everything I was told plus more. Ashley was very rude with me and wouldn’t even let me clock out. Treated me very poorly and like I was a child, and it was very unprofessional. Don’t recommend trying to get a job here. They are struggling to get employees they said and I’m guessing thats the reason why. Somebody else I know was treated wrong by Ashley the supervisor also. I’m happy it didn’t work out after all after how she acted and treated me. Again, very unprofessional

Unloaded pallets here. Nice people and quick. I parked in the turn around at night not sure if I could but did not get woken up. Not really any trucks tops around but maybe a few empty lots like uhaul... smells great and had a clean bathroom to use. Even had pallets tipped and they just fixed them and unloaded no issues. Thank you.

I was hired and went to take a drug test a week later they tell me at 9:45 at night that I failed my drug test. I told them that I took meds and had a prescription for my medication they were very nasty and refused to even help me take a second test said it was not in their hands they are quick to offer you a job but treat you like dirt when you don’t get it. This was not due to any fault of my own it was due to them not collecting the right information I would not work there

Applied there Long Time ago they called me for a interview was only about 5 minutes Long I guess it only took them 5 minutes to decide I was. Not The right person for the job waste of gas and Time!!!!
