This place is terrible my garlic knots were covered in pizza sauce , did not bring my drink, wings were supposed to be boneless it was definitely bone in. I love papa Johnâs but this one in Versailles is an awful. Food looks like itâs just thrown together in a hurry as well. So sloppy! Shift leader tried to justify , but this has been a problem a few times. I will never order from them again.
Just when there at the ordering online waiting in the car for almost 30 minutes and the pizza was still not ready. Had ordered the pizza at 11:50 and was still not ready by 12:40 after it said it was ready. I sent my son to get it inside the store and he was told that it wasnât ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes until I decided to go in and when I saw that it was already there I decided I didnât want it anymore, they didnât offer anything or nothing and it just made me mad and I sit and Car for 30 minutes for pizza of a fast food restaurant

Ordered delivery on two large pan pizzas. Thin as paper, the cheese one had almost no cheese and couldn't find any sauce. Huge disappointment. Never bothered to try the meat pizza. Yuck.

Food is ALWAYS got a pile of Grease on top of the pizza! The pizza is never completely cut!! There is always something wrong with our order the past two times we ordered the cinnamon Pull-A-Part desert and it was hard as a rock nobody ate it!! When you call Papa John's they never answer the phone it always goes to the call center!! We will not be eating Papa John's until they're under New Management and new employees!! The food is DISGUSTING!! ? ?
