First time at Ricardo’s and from the time we walked in to the time we left, it was awesome!! Staff was very friendly when we walked in. Jordan R was our server and she was amazing. Super friendly and personable. The banana peppers app was large for the price - definitely bang for your buck. I got the New Orleans pasta and my fiance got the Reuben and both were really good. Can’t wait to go back!

Whenever my group 11 arrived, they were setting up tables for all of us to sit together. They told me 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden, a group of 15 walked in past the hostess desk and start putting tables together. Without. Checking in with the hostess, then all was sudden. The Sun, the hostess told me we had to wait another 35 minutes. I feel the hostess did not do their job. They should have asked that group of 15 delays are wait. The waitress was probably the best that I've ever had and the food was excellbut. The hostess and the manager needs to have some training extremely disappointed in that. Situation.

Pork chop had seasoning, and my wife specifically said no seasoning. Manager insisted on preparing another minus seasoning which she greatly appreciated. Server was so sweet and apologetic. It was a wonderful experience. Truly felt like the customer was very important !!

2 of us got pork chops..raw and cold in the middle. general manager called waitress retarded ....and last of all. they Fry everything in Beef Tallow which unfortunately will kill a lot of innocent people with tick born diseases because ofalpha gal meat reaction. they will go into anaphylactic shock. what a sad realization I can never recommend them again

They fry in beef tallow and almost all of the menu is fried. Those with AGS are very at risk eating here, even avoiding the mammal products on the menu. The staff were all super friendly and the atmosphere was nice but I wish we knew about the beef tallow before going and waiting.
**peanut allergy friendly** This is a very nice place to eat at! The building seemed to be a train station back in the day, so the layout is interesting and spacious. They have displays that show their drink options on giant chalkboard boards that have neat chalk art on it throughout the restaurant. The server we had was wonderful and really on top of it, very friendly. The food was great, and excellently cooked. The steak was very tender, pork was perfectly cooked, the club sandwich was delicious, and the catfish was excellent! The coleslaw I had was the perfect amount of tangy and flavor, and the fries were very nice (crinkled cut)! The cheese cake we got is perfect for sharing. The slice is quite large, and nice and dense. You do have the option of a chocolate or a caramel drizzle on top of it, too!
The food is wonderful. It feels like eating at mom's house!
