First time at Ricardo’s and from the time we walked in to the time we left, it was awesome!! Staff was very friendly when we walked in. Jordan R was our server and she was amazing. Super friendly and personable. The banana peppers app was large for the price - definitely bang for your buck. I got the New Orleans pasta and my fiance got the Reuben and both were really good. Can’t wait to go back!

Pork chop had seasoning, and my wife specifically said no seasoning. Manager insisted on preparing another minus seasoning which she greatly appreciated. Server was so sweet and apologetic. It was a wonderful experience. Truly felt like the customer was very important !!
