Salad Days is the best place to get vegetables! Yes, the food is organic. That is a plus. But the biggest upside is the food actually lasts in your fridge! We regularly buy salad greens, and they last a week to two weeks in our fridge without going bad! Vegetables from the grocery store are frequently bad or will be bad within a few days of purchase. And prices are very competitive, especially when you consider the quality. We have never been disappointed with a purchase from Salad Days Farm. Highly recommend!

The hands on approach that this certified organic farm takes adds to the deliciousness of the produce it provides. The true care and concern taken into working the land shows a profound amount of knowledge and understanding of the relationship we share with the earth. The little nuances of life are taken into consideration on a daily basis, not only in regard to the plants being grown, but also with the creatures and critters that are essential to maintain the delicate balance of life we all are privileged to enjoy. The appreciation of this existence and all that that is, is abundant at this veritable vegetable paradise

Can't say enough good things about this family owned and operated farm! Excellent local, organic, fresh and delicious produce handpicked for your enjoyment. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality produce free of pesticides and poisons for their family at a very reasonable price. Mixed greens are amazing, beautiful leaves without bug nibbles. Love the sweet beets grated with lemon juice. Produce is so good many upscale restaurants use their products (Village Idiot/Holly Hill In) and also sold at Co-op. And as a bonus, you are supporting a woman-owned venture!
