Hole in the wall, but in the best possible way.Owner is very spirited and had everyone laughing. Very reasonably priced. Ample portions.Love supporting small community businesses like this. The BBQ was very smoky and tender.Bring some cash as cards weren’t accepted. But that did not diminish the visit.

Pulled Pork was mediocre and dry, extremely tough.Owner seemed very unfocused on businessThe Owner was Overly Talkitive and basically pushed me and my child aside to talk to a "friend" for almost 20 minutes. I love a good conversation but when it comes to business I feel like paying customers are your priority. Not chatting with a buddy while making me wait to order

The owner is super cool. The ribs were meaty and fall of the bone. Coleslaw was decent. The brisket sandwich was dry.Still a good home town business to support with great prices.

If you're not vaccinated you are not welcome here!!!! Judging by the reviews I didn't miss out on anything to say the least . Very unwelcoming and absolutely don't recommend. If you don't want to work with the public then not sure why someone would own a restaurant. I would have given 0 stars but didn't have the option. WOW!

Hole in the wall, great authentic bbq the old fashioned way. Really good taste. It's not easy to find, and the seating is surprisingly sparse. I can recommend this place.

Dont plan on eating here unless your vaccinated. The owner refused my business because I'm not. It's a janky looking restaurant anyways, so I don't feel like I'm missing anything. Plus there was a guy in there who was giving me and a friend the stink eye the whole time. I don't take kindly to people asking for "my papers". Good luck turning away paying customers.

Amazing chicken and very good beans! One-man operation so be prepared for the menu to shift a bit based on what's available. Make sure you're vaccinated and say hi to Elvis on your way in!

They were "out" of a few menu items (**** chicken), but what they had was good. We split a rack of ribs, and both had some left over to take home. The star of the side choices was fresh sliced heirloom tomatoes!! (The potato salad was good, too.)

Smokin' Hogg Bar-B-Que is the epitome of a small town business. No franchise discord being forced on a person. This is a true family-owned, small town business. Friendly confines with an eclectically decorated interior, this place is truly unique. Everything and I mean everything is homemade. A number of the items are homegrown actually. Show up early as it is a limited menu. Mr. Hogg will hook you up big time. Don't miss it.

Best barbecue I've ever had! The owner kept arguing with me saying it couldn't be, I disagree with him! The atmosphere was great, nice and relaxed and the owner was very friendly! Thank you very much Ed, it was great barbecue!
