Raya, Kenya, and Amy were absolutely amazing this evening. They went above and beyond to help my kids out. We had been traveling for hours. When you have 6 kids, you’re not always met with great customer service. They were incredibly nice and kind and understanding. Huge shout out to them & their patience. I loved them so much, I came back out of my way to stop here on my way back home. Thank you all!

So tired of sending in mobile orders and then not getting all of it. We order as a workplace and one person will go. When asked multiple times “was there food on this order, this person said there was food” and being told no, meanwhile my app says I was definitely charged for it, I try to call and fix it. This isn’t the first or second time it’s happened. A mistake once or twice is fine but this is getting ridiculous. Phone is off and no one will answer. They will not refund you for mobile orders or return funds/gift cards/points etc. They will make you drive back. Bs.

My sandwich was very dry, and a bag of chips with the sandwich and water was over $10. The music was so loud it was difficult to carry on a conversation with my lunch companion.

Have messed up both orders in the past two days. Won’t be back. First was a pink drink. They didn’t put coconut milk in it or shake it. And looked super confused when I asked them to shake it

Second was today— a blonde oatmilk latte

They made a blonde roast with a splash of oatmilk then put a sticker over it with a blonde espresso shot after asking to remake it. Had to drive to the other Starbucks since this one couldn’t understand a basic latte.

So, I have had several employees act a little unfriendly but tonight was really bad. It was april 20th and I was there at 6:32 PM in the drive through. The girl working there was really rude and condescending to me. I placed a mobile order and pulled up to the drive through at 6:32 PM. I did not pay attention to my estimated arrival and just told them I had a mobile order. She said something similar to "We just got your order and mobile orders take 5-10 minutes to make but we will start working on that and you can pull on throughand wait." It was said with a very condescending tone. I was very angry but did not say anything. I pulled forward and checked my estimated wait time on my app and it said 6:32 PM. I was actually right on time. When I got to the window the glass sliding door was open and I could hear her telling her coworker that i was there but the order had "just" come through. She just kept saying that trying to get her point across that I was too early or that I was inconviencing her. Which I really don't understand since I was right on time according to the app and if I had just ordered at the speaker and not from my phone she would have just made my drink and not given me a hard time. I waited till I got my drinks to make sure that they did not do anything to them and then I told her I wanted to show her something and had her look at my phone to see that I was not early and that my time to show up in the app was 6:32 PM. It was 6:36 at this point. She just said okay and looked at me like I was stupid. No sorry, or acknowledgement of any kind that she had been rude to me. Then I left. Just to be clear I am not mad because the drinks were not ready I was mad about the way I was being treated. This is not the first time this has happened here but it was definitely the worst time. It ruined my visit and made me never want to come back. Even If I had been early there is no reason to treat people poorly. I have been having a bad week and just wanted to get out of the house and enjoy myself with a starbucks drink and I just ended up leaving feeling very upset.

Excellent friendly service on every visit. My granddaughter is at
university in England and I am able to top up her Starbucks card
here so that she can enjoy visiting Starbucks for a coffee and sandwich and even able to relax there and do homework. Having Starbucks internationally is always a 'welcome home feeling' in
any country you visit. She recently visited Milan and found a beautiful Starbucks there, too!
