Often visit this location whenever I happen to be in central Kentucky. Service isn't what I'd call super friendly, but still polite and courteous. Drinks are fine. Never crowded, at least that I've seen.

I am a very regular customer. I walked inside because Drive thru was so busy. For 7 minutes I stood there. No hello. No ill be right with you. No nothing. No other inside customers. No mobile app orders being prepared..just drive thru. So I left. I went to Versailles Road Starbucks in Lexington on my way home. I called to complain and got a sorry and that there must have been a lot of customers inside and mobile app orders. I told her there were neither and received poor service

My wife and I have been to this particular Starbucks many a time before with little to no issues regarding customer service, attitude, food, beverages, coffee, or the like. I truly believe that, for a corporate establishment, this particular location is above par for the course.

Coffee wasn't terrible but it wasn't really good either, i asked for extra Carmel and crunch and got neither maybe if the employee was actually doing her job instead of complaining about having to work a 9 -5 it would have been better
