My family and I went in for dinner, and they didn't even call us to give our order or drinks. Someone else took our food, took it out of the bag, touched it, and realized it wasn't their order. Then they returned it already handled by someone else. The managers didn't even consider what they were doing. This is a true lack of respect and professionalism from both the person who took the food and the employees who don't pay attention to their jobs. I hope someone in charge pays attention to these problems.

Ordered the 2 supéreme Chalupas #6 in addition to my order a taco was supposed to be included which wasn’t. The Chalupas were very hard :/ and the chicken was cold as well. Very Disappointing.

This location is great now! I usually get the same thing - customized nachos via the app and I'm always happy with my food. If you've had a negative experience in the past at this location, definitely give it another chance.
Vegetarian options: You can also customize your order to swap something else like black beans for the meat. The seasoning is in the meat though, so you have to be ok with that if you order vegetarian.
