This is the second time this place has been a disappointment! The first time about 6-7 months ago my kids went during the day and the lady at the drive thru tried to steal $50 from them. The manager had to get involved and it was an ordeal but they did get their money back and nothing happened to the employee. I get it we all make mistakes but this was not a mistake and was someone trying to take advantage of younger adults! This time we went and the guy working the drive thru was incredibly rude and rushed us along when there was no one in the drive thru behind us he must have wanted a break or something but this guy should not be at the drive thru! He tried to hand me two of the drinks with the lids not on them and soda all over the side he didn’t even try to clean them off just tried to hand them to me. The orders were wrong, I ordered beef and got chicken. The tacos had been sitting a while and looked like they just pulled the lettuce off them. All around bad experience! I get it shit happens it just sucks that this is the only Taco Bell in town and the service is the way it is! More training would be beneficial for the kid working the drive thru.

The last 3 times I have been through the drive-thru they have got my order way wrong with the wrong items or menu items that cost less than what we ordered. For example I ordered a supreme burrito then when I get home I realize Taco Bell gave me a cheesy bean and rice burrito instead of my supreme burrito. There is a huge difference between the two especially price. Today we go to Taco Bell we ordered 4 cheesy double beef burritos and received 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos instead. Definitely check your orders at the window everyone. Our order has been really messed up the last 3 times in a row eating at Taco Bell in Versailles Ky 40383. Not sure if Taco Bell is trying to skimp out on food or what but it has got to get better than what it has been. Wish I could give zero stars instead of 1 star. At this rate I don't expect Taco Bell to be in business here in Versailles Ky 40383 much longer. 0/10

I got take out hard shell tacos just a few minutes ago. The shells were obviously old and had the smell of crackers that have gone rancid. I called to let them know, not to get my money back, but so they get out a new batch of shells. They hung up on me.

Past 3 - 4 times have ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and cantina chicken quesadilla which ended up being next to no meat and literally just 95-97% cheese and tortilla with a couple micro-shreds of chicken in an entire quesadilla. NEVER AGAIN.

My family and I went in for dinner, and they didn't even call us to give our order or drinks. Someone else took our food, took it out of the bag, touched it, and realized it wasn't their order. Then they returned it already handled by someone else. The managers didn't even consider what they were doing. This is a true lack of respect and professionalism from both the person who took the food and the employees who don't pay attention to their jobs. I hope someone in charge pays attention to these problems.
