Do not sit with Tracie. She tried to scam me by adding a few dollars to my total (I am a young girl so I assume she thought I wouldn't look). I know it was a scam because, when I addressed the price inconsistency, she spent awhile explaining how the waffle price had changed but the menus weren't out. I called the store and the manager denied this.

This WH used to be so good, but the service now is terrible. There were two parties including us and we all eventually left because no one served us. WH lost 8 customers today. So disappointing.

I moved from Frankfort to Versailles 8 months ago. I've tried this WH several times & I'm completely disappointed. Staff is friendly, but it ends there. Hash browns are always burnt hard. Scrambled eggs are always over cooked to the point of being dry. We did a to go order w/ sides of gravy. When we got home there was about a tablespoon of gravy in each container. From now on I will drive to Frankfort even if it's a to go order. I'M DONE WITH VERSAILLES WH!
