Beautiful Winery and amazing views!.
Enjoyed the Ballon Festival and enjoyed their wine and frozen sangria. Sangria was very delicious amd the wine too. Great place to bring a blanket and sit on the grass or some chairs and enjoy the view with family, kids or in a date.

My best friend an I had went for the chocolate and wine pairing and I will say that although it was a fun experience, it definitely was not what we thought it would be. First, what it was advertised on the website was definitely false. It was not a plating of variety of delicious desserts. It was mini chocolate bars that were being passed out in different colored foil. The wine options for pairing could also have been better, however with wine it is more of an acquired taste. There were more dry wines and we preferred sweet wines.

The chocolate I am just going to be honest about it, they were horrible. There was no variety to the flavors at all except the extreme bitterness of dark chocolate. There was only 1 out of the 6 that was okay at best.

The prices for these tickets were 55.00 each and for that price and what was actually offered, the tickets were definitely not worth 55.00.

We honestly just chucked this up to be a funny story and an experience and although it was great hospitality and we did have a good time, we felt that it was false advertising and these tickets should have been 30.00 at best.

I’m really glad I stopped by this winery. The white merlot will not disappoint! They had live music and vendors outside which added to the experience. Loved the charm and atmosphere of the winery. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect outing for summer!

Rip off. $15 for 4 wine tastings. (Other wineries in area give you 6 tasting for same or lessor price) to add insult to injury they charge $9 for a glass of wine which was only a 4 ounce pour. Pitiful! I do not recommend this winery. Very sad

My response
Dear Wildside Winery,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. I appreciate your feedback regarding my concerns about pricing. I understand that wine tasting experiences can vary in cost due to factors like quality and production methods, and I value the work that goes into crafting your wines.

However, I still feel that the pricing for tastings and glasses was on the higher side compared to what I've experienced at other wineries. It would be helpful if you could share more about the unique aspects of your offerings that contribute to the cost. I believe that transparency can enhance customer appreciation and overall experience.

Thank you again for your response, and I look forward to hearing more about what makes your wines special.

Best regards,

An easy relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The facility accommodates indoor or outdoor entertainment. Their wines are enjoyable too!

Quaint little place. Only had 2 workers for a Saturday, so service was a little slow. They were out of all wraps but 2:00pm. Got to try a flight of 8 wines. I very much appreciate their participation in Harvest Hosts so I could park my RV for the night after samplimg that flight and more.

One guy trying to handle a lot of customers. As soon as we walked in he told us it would be 30 minutes before he could serve us. We saw at least two groups leave because they didn’t want to wait. We would have had another tasting but were told no glasses clean and it would be another 30 minute wait.

Poor customer service from a server named Debbie. Asked for a flight and was told by the first server that we could order one. Debbie came along 5 minutes later and said that we were not allowed to order a flight. We asked Debbie if they would honor what the first server had told us. She agreed, but warned us if any customers complained that they couldn't have a flight she would send them to our table (said in a time that did not imply humor).
Who says that to a paying customer? Debbie, please do better. Wildside Winery leadership, try to do a better job with your staff communication, especially on days when you have advertised events.

Words are hard to describe the atmosphere, so friendly and open. Enjoy very good wine, best Cab this side of the Mississippi and I am a Cab snob. Then hang as long as you want even after they close. Wonderful events and yoga on Thursdays. The grounds are amazing to walk around and you might get lucky to watch a little horse training. Also very dog friendly
Cell service is limited, thus no photo right now

Visited for the Apple Fest and fell in love! The wine was fantastic, we tried the Paw Paw! Will most definitely be back frequently just to hang out and try the other wines and take in the beautiful scenery and chill vibes.
