“This place is a gem! I can't drink coffee but I love chai, and they have the best chai around! They use a homemade leaf mix instead of powder or syrup like other places. I was able to buy some of the dry chai mix too so I can make it at home. They also have amazing pastries. And they are always super friendly.”

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..”

The bartenders are very friendly, make you feel welcome and the owner and his wife remembetef our names for only being the second time we went in. “I ordered a medium curry chicken w/ white rice & a large portion of oxtail w/ rice and peas. Both come with complimentary cabbage and plantains. Y’all, the PLANTAINS 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’m so picky about them. Sometimes you get a batch that’s mediocre other times it’s good but homemade is better. Them alone is why I’ll be returning. Just give me the curry chicken, white rice and plantains. PERFECT bite. 👌🏻 The oxtail gravy was really rich and savory! 😋 The oxtail meat was extremely tender too. Of course it was enough rice for at least 2-3 people. My only “complaint,” is I was expecting more heat (I’m used to traditional spice level of Jamaican food), my big back behind couldn’t stop eating so I kept chomping on chicken bone because it was that tender and the cabbage was under seasoned to my personal preference. For the audience here, I think it’s perfect all the way around for others to experience a different culture’s food. They have it balanced very nicely. I think it was fairly priced as well considering a pack of oxtails cost $25+ alone. I spent $35 total before tipping. It ain’t my Mimi’s (nothing is ever better than your Mimi’s home cookin) but it’s VERY close & it’ll do when I’m missing her and craving her cooking or my sister/niece’s. “1000/10 I was coming through town on my way home from Paddling for Suicide awareness (great group of people btw. The smell when you walk in is amazing. & Talia is a star. She was the most helpful & kind & just had such a beautiful spirit. She made me feel like I had picked the right place. Then the food. Best shawarma I’ve ever had! & I got a side of gyro meat for the lil dog & I had to have some. Everything was just so good! I won’t be able to come back thru Etown without stopping here. EAT HERE! You won’t regret it 🫶”

“Dietary restrictions: They do have a few gluten-free options, but you also have to order two days ahead of time if you want to make sure you can have gluten-free options there or pick up a cake. Was slightly disappointed when I showed up and they didn't really have a whole lot to offer after looking up reviews online.

Parking: There is a parking lot across the street, but other than that there's street parking. The parking lot does fill up decently fast after work hours. You can only park there between certain times”

I got the Birria Tacos, they were delicious, the dipping sauce that goes with it made it even better! The Mexican Coca Cola they sell was amazing as well, tasted like genuine Coca-Cola. Would recommend 100 times over anytime anywhere.”
