Don't go here unless you have all day. You can go get sat and eat a steak dinner in the same amount of time it takes to get a roast beef sandwich in the drive thru. Waste of time.

Unlike some fast foods, this Arby's has always been fast courteous and food was hot and fresh. That's why the drive thru goes around the restaurant

Brittany at the drive thru in Walton provided one of the worst experiences iv had at Arby's. She was rude complained verbally to us that we had coupons she hadn't anticipated. Then yelled out to her fellow employees what an inconvenience we were. ( at the time we were the only car in the drive thru. ) what awful customer service Arby's has these days. I do not recommend

My girlfriend and I came thru drive thru today 8-30-24 at approximately 1125 I ordered a large beef and cheddar meal with curly fries and drink she ordered that brisket sandwich and fries and drink aswell when we left had a very important Dr appointment we couldn't be late for so we couldn't go back the fries were cold and my sandwich had very little roast beef on it and her sandwich was plain and she didn't order it plain and I didn't order the small beef and cheddar the onion bun was correct on my sandwich that was it so we called up there and asked for manager and was told by some boy working there the manager was busy and he would take a message I gave him my cell number and got no call back and he also said manager said to bring food back in and it would be replaced well we couldn't bring it back because we were so pisses we threw it all away accept for our drinks and got McDonald's after my Dr appointment.....not happy at all and I'm gonna let all my friends that live in and near walton about our experience and see how much business you all lose have a good day ....

Went through the drive-thru where they gave us our drinks and pushed us forward and proceed to fully help the next 3 cars before bringing us our cold food and incomplete order. Since the kid handed us our food and went back into the back door I had to drive around front, walk inside and ask for the items that were missed. The kid Peter, was very rude and even had the audacity to call me ungrateful for him doing his job and serving customers. He was to busy joking with his buddy in the back who were laughing at me. Good to know customers are a joke to this staff.

The foie has gotten smaller the meat has gotten less the price has went up the service is so slow and still not done when you get to window I always have to pull to curb 20 dollar meal is a not ok to move to curb

The staff were very polite.The floors were all sticky.The seat at the booth we sat in was so low that I felt like I needed a booster seat.The self serve station for the various sauces only had the horsey sauce pump, and the stuff that came out of it looked a little brown.Finally, my wife ordered a Reuben sandwich and the sauerkraut was so sweet it was dripping from her sandwich and the bread got soggy.

Quick, maybe not so friendly tho. She took our order n didn't give us the fries then questions why I would get fries. Because I ordered meals and the last unchecked they came with curly fries.
