Horrible, rude staff!! Left my sandwich out of my order and then was very rude ! Live 25 mins away and had to go back to get it and they were extremely rude over their mistake. Don't go here.

Very concerned about your employees hygiene. Went by to use the restroom and get a drink and I witnessed a female employee walk right out of a stall and straight back out to work without washing her hands. Gross! Needless to say I didn't end up purchasing anything here today and probably won't be in the future. The only reason I am not giving it a 1 star is because I can't give my opinion on the service or food.

Come in Thursday 5/22/25 at 10:50 am for an early lunch. There’s 1 car in front if me they wait 10 minutes then I pull up and wait 15 mins. I FINALLY get my food and I get home. I open my food to find that I paid full price for Ruben meal for half a Ruben with no cheese and no sauerkraut and hardly any meat. I’ve tried to call twice now as I want a refund or a replacement. This place is a freaking joke and the employees are trash. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Been taking care of my friend Tim with food poison since Monday. Do not recommend. Wash your hands. Throw out old food. Make sure Temps are correct. Cross contamination and such are real yall. This is just gross.

I got food poisoning on Monday from this location, (around 6:30pm) I'm finally feeling better today, there was one person running the line, a tall employee with glasses came out of the back and said sorry about that, immediately started making my order, which means he was probably in the employee bathroom and didn't wash his hands.... I have officially ruled out Arby's the rest of my life now, thanks for not taking care of basic food handling skills.

Just dont. Avoid this Arby's dunless you have at least 1/2 to spare. Waited 20+ minutes in drive thru for them to take my order.(there was only 1 car ahead of me). It seems as though they can only do 1 thing at a time. 1 order at a time. When that one is complete, they take the next order. Like I said, 1 thinkg at a time. No multitasking here! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Then it took another 20 min. to get my food after they made me pull up. This place is a joke. Rude workers and very bad service. Just dont go. Do better guys. You suck!

Had the two roast beef deal for $6.99. Great deal and it was good. Very quick service.
My husband just picked up our lunch from there and they left the sauce off of the Reuben, both of our drinks were wrong, not to mention the drinks that they did give us tasted absolutely horrendous. They hardly ever get the sizes right but then when you try to correct them at the window they claim that you said the size that they're trying to give you. Sucks because Arby's used to have higher standards than this.
