Update went to Wendy’s and not only were they still slow after 2 years but also forgot items from my order
David was slow rude and was complaining the whole time his attitude wasn’t professional

The food was great. Hit the spot. All the tables where dirty so we had to kinda clean one before we sat down.

The drive thru wait was long and only one car in front of us. The fries were not hot or fresh, they were DRENCHED in grease and soggy. I put them in the air fryer when we got home and that didn't help so in the garbage they went, literally inedible.
We weren't given any straws with 2 diet coke and shake so couldn't drink our beverages on the way home.
All this for $27, so disappointing! It will be a long while, if ever that we return to this location, just absolutely horrible that employees think it's OK to serve food like that for nearly $30, we could've (and will next time) went anther anywhere and gotten fresher food, do better!

This is my new dinner spot! This place is always reliable. The food is always fresh and delicious. The place is really clean every time I stop in they are always friendly and seem to stay busy keeping the place fresh. I would recommend for quick hot food with great customer service always.
The food was fresh and hot. Place was clean and lots of parking. Employees were friendly and everything was clean and stocked. I would suggest it for a spot to get a quick meal.

Came in today around 4 pm and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and inviting it was there. The bathrooms were even so clean which is surprising for any fast food restaurant. The ladies up front were very funny and nice. Food was fresh and hot and served very quickly.

Such a live and amazing atmosphere. 5/5 stars. Great food with clean bathrooms. I definitely recommend for family or friends when looking for a clean fast spot for a quick dinner.

This Arby's is terrible I put my door dash pick up order in 15 minutes before arriving, got to the windows show my order they then pull me up behind another customer to wait he pulled away about 5 minutes later after getting his food, I then pulled forward as instructed at the window, then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes while all the cars behind me were handled before they came out to give me my food. The bags were sealed as they should have been however they literally only packed half the food so upon arriving home to my family for dinner we start to unpack the bags and so my son and daughter didnt get their food at all! I personally only ordered this way because my knee is in a brace right now and im not supposed to be on it to much. That makes this that much worse cause now I have to go back to the store to get the food which is 20 minutes away so cold food for me and nothing for my kids till I get back home if there were a way to leave negative stars I would this Arby's needs a serious overhaul and thats sad to say because its the newest Arby's in Northern Kentucky and youd think they don't have an adult working there period. Hopefully they turn things around but I won't be going back to find out.
