I was visiting nephew, his lovely wife and precious two children and we stopped in Graeter's for dessert. “Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“Whit's is a small frozen custard place that has better taste than the big chains. We came at a busy time, and they were very quick with getting everyone's order. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available and had a great ambiance.“

“My family and I stopped by today 9/20 for a sweet treat after dinner. My son got rolled ice cream topped with whipped cream, of course got some candy cigarettes. My husband got a large shaved ice with different flavors, and I got a cookie sandwich. Everything was soooo good! If you haven’t stopped, you’re missing out! The owner is also very sweet! ♥️“

“Went here on a small errand for a break. Ended up getting a ultimate cookie blizzard which was good along with my usual chicken strip basket. The tables were okay with a few having crumbs. Nice outside dining and cool layout. No chocolate soft serve due unknown reasons but it would return soon

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“I ordered in April the chocolate dirt pie blizzard it had gummy worms when I said no. I got it again later that month and my chocolate chip cookie dough bites are missing and the gummy worms are still there. it's july 31st and I try to order again same thing, and I got a vanilla Oreo blizzard and they refuse to credit me so I can get my order made properly“
