They have a lot of flavors and options for malts, shakes, sundaes, banana splits, etc. Our order has always been correct, shakes have always been really good. The cups are thicker so it's not cold on your hand which is nice, and with shakes or malts you get a thicker straw also.“

“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“I have stopped in 3 times to the store. The selection and variety are great. Donuts and cookies are very good. The peanut butter fudge is fantastic. Still a great selection of wrapped candy. Candy by lb is my favorite. They carry all the classics and must haves. The owners are extremely pleasant and more than happy to help with any questions or special ordering. If you were a fan of the original you should stop in. In my opinion, this reincarnation is even better. Stop in and show them your support.“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“Went here on a small errand for a break. Ended up getting a ultimate cookie blizzard which was good along with my usual chicken strip basket. The tables were okay with a few having crumbs. Nice outside dining and cool layout. No chocolate soft serve due unknown reasons but it would return soon

“I ordered in April the chocolate dirt pie blizzard it had gummy worms when I said no. I got it again later that month and my chocolate chip cookie dough bites are missing and the gummy worms are still there. it's july 31st and I try to order again same thing, and I got a vanilla Oreo blizzard and they refuse to credit me so I can get my order made properly“
