we have gone here plenty of times but the last time we went was not good.we used the self scan station and when we scanned our kroger card it gave us the last person’s coupons, not only that, IT CHARGED US FOR THEIR ORDER!!! and you can’t call them because they have an automated system that doesn’t listen to you.all of the lettuce/salad out that day (4/12/24) was best by 4/16. the bag of lemons we bought that day were half bad by the following monday (4/15).

I like this Kroger. They frequently run good sales on pop and other essentials. I don't like that they never have more than one or two registers open. Self checkout isn't my favorite. Also, they seem to run out of stock on a lot of products, especially if you're trying to shop later in the afternoon or early evening. I do love their clothing and shoe selection!

Many issues. First of all when I got in the store, I was looking for honey and I asked an employee which aisle. I am pretty sure she was a manager. She sighed deeply and them sent me to pancake syrup. I finally found the honey. I then went the body wash area. There was an older woman there who needed help. She asked a worker who was talking and flirting with another employee. They refused to help her. As I used to own a soap shoppe and know soap, I helped the woman when the employees refused. I then went to check out and the older woman was ahead of me. After she paid and left, I relayed what happened where the employees didn't help, and instead of apologizing on their behalf she giggled like it was funny that no one helped her until, I, a customer stepped in. Her name was Monica and I asked why she thought not helping a customer was funny and she smirked and laughed at me. You need to do better

Went to this pharmacy 2 x today al for my daughters medicine. 1st time they haven't even had it ready hours prior. And then they closed early. Smh.
Butcher wouldnt cut the steak the way i asked. Lazy, short tempered people in there.
