Over Easy Bistro Restaurant offers great food at reasonably priced prices. The hashbrowns have the perfect crunch and the right amount of flavor, and the omelet is stuffed. A paddy melt and a cheese burger were pretty good with decent sized portions, and the fries were well above average. The meat was a little overcooked, but the prices are fair, especially from the special menu. The atmosphere is good, though the service was lacking. The layout shows it used to be a Huddle House, but that didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, it is solid, and many would gladly go back.
