I am glad that this particular Gold Star has closed, because the staff was always very rude and very slow -- even through the drive-through! They even will charge $.25 for a cup of water through the drive-through, and get mad at you, if you decide not to pay the $.25 for a stinking glass of water through the drive-through. Most places will give you a cup of water for free -- even through the drive-through!When I would eat in this restaurant with my husband, they would be very slow inside and act like it was a huge inconvenience to just wait on somebody inside. The last time I ate at this restaurant with my husband, the both of us looked at each other and said " I don't think I ever want to eat at this restaurant ever again."

This family has the best Gold Star in town, it's not just the product it's the people! With the lack of help at the restaurant the owner and family that work there give a smile and if they have the time chat, I always stop after a Bengals win and the BOGO the next day!!! Love this place!
Went pretty much right at open and they only had one employee working. I placed my rather large lunch order, as I was out to get lunch for work, and the lady working was super polite and as fast as could be expected. Would recommend and will come back.

Ordered a drink and 2 coneys chipotle ranch no ranch or drink they gave onions instead back to work or I'd go back

Honestly the best chili in Cincinnati. We stop by to eat on our way to visit our family in KY. You need to move closer to Marion, Ohio!
