Ate here for the first time tonight. 6 people and waited over 45 minutes for our food. My friends wings came out while the rest of us waited. I ordered caesar salad and received it 20 minutes before everyone else got their food. So I waited for everyone to get their food before I would eat. After 20 minutes, 2 more entrees came out and then 5 more minutes later the last person received their food. By the time the last person received their food they had to have it boxed up as they didnt have time to eat it. While eating servers were coming up to our table asking if they could take chairs away from our table. The person sitting in that chair had gone to the bathroom. The server had dropped all of our bills and didnt know who's card was who. She couldnt even answer basic questions that we had. It was pretty appalling. Will not be going back.

This is by far the bestest pizza we have ever had. Absolutely love mellow mushroom. The pizza is always so fresh and so amazing. The toppings are so fresh and perfect portioned. The sauce is also amazing. The don't do pizza like you would typically expect. They take it to the highest level possible. The Holy Shitake pizza is truly a super amazing pizza. Not to mention the buffalo chicken pizza is amazing. Again the toppings all complement each other super well and none are overwhelming. Your also not overwhelmed with sauce like a typical pizza. If you like good pizza and pretzel bites, this place is truly worth trying. You won't be disappointed. I wish they had more locations. Not to mention the staff is always super friendly and always smiling. They all go above and beyond to ensure a terrific experience. MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!!!

This recurring nightmare that is ordering food for pickup has to stop.
I ordered a single pizza 45 minutes before I wanted to pick it up. I arrived 5 minutes early since traffic was light. I then proceeded to stand waiting for 35 more minutes waiting for my order.
Why do we even ask when you want to pick it up? Further more why do we offer times that cannot be met?
My favorite pizza is ruined by the terrible taste I had in my mouth from the experience.
Staff is always nice, although I felt someone should have noticed how far back my order was and done some sort of damage control.

The staff at the Wilder Mellow Mushroom are always friendly and very helpful. John the manager goes out of his way to make sure every order is complete and correct. The staff always greet you with a smile and willing to help.

I could eat pizza every week and Mellow Mushroom would definitely be in my weekly rotation if I did. I’ve eaten here plenty of times and my favorite pizza is the Holy Shiitake pizza - simply delicious! Their wings are good as are their drinks and many of their other pizza offerings, but it’s the mushroom pizza for me! Service is always great too!
Our first time there. Everything was beyond expectations. Tiera our server was awesome. She knew the menu and was very attentive to our table along with her other tables during a busy Friday night. The spinach artichoke dip was excellent. The pizza was out of this world. I highly recommend Mello Mushroom. Our new place for pizza. We will be trying their other foods. The manager was awesome as well. Very accommodating.
