As far as the food, ten out of ten! My mother and I shared a few slices of pizza paired with breadsticks. It was delicious, hot, and made with fresh ingredients. Plus the selection had a lot of variety!
The entire staff was polite and we had different people check on us as we dined.
This is a laid-back and family friendly place I always recommend! Whether it's a date, family dinner night, or just a quick lunch running errands this place is amazing!

Please start shipping pizzas to anywhere in the US... There's a place local to me in Ohio that's will dry ice & ship whole pizzas ... I would definitely have weekly orders ❤️❤️❤️

Good service. Nicely spaced out and not too loud. Went to watch the reds and the tv's at the bar are pretty dated,small, and blurry. Food felt rushed and had nothing to write home about. Great bar tender made up for any shortcomings.

They gave me and my boyfriend FOOD POISONING twice now! Mellow Mushroom used to be my favorite restaurant because they had such a good vibe, and so many vegetarian options, but every time I eat there now, me and my boyfriend taste something off about the cheese and then get VIOLENTLY ill the next day. Everything they add to their menu now has at least two kinds of meat now, and if you can't cook your cheese, I DEFINITELY wouldn't trust your meat.

Finally got here, I very much enjoyed the experience. The Mushroom Soup was Delicious. The Beer Variety/List was Good. My only notable disappointment was that I thought, there would be more Mushroom containing Dishes. Maybe a Portobello Cap Sandwich and or Mushroom Pasta choice. I have not tried their Pizza or Calzon selections. The Mellow Mushroom has a Comfortable Atmosphere with Good Service and Good Food. If its location works for you it should provide an enjoyable experience.

I love they have non traditional pizza sauces. For those who get heartburn with tomato based sauces, their non traditional pizzas are awesome. My favorite is their mushroom and garlicky aioli pizza.
Less a star bc their beer cheese is awful, tastes like they used the cheapest nastiest stale beer ever.
Kid-friendliness: They didn't look down on us for bringing in chicken nuggets bc that is the only thing my autistic grandson will eat.
