Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

Finally got here, I very much enjoyed the experience. The Mushroom Soup was Delicious. The Beer Variety/List was Good.
My only notable disappointment was that I thought, there would be more Mushroom containing Dishes. Maybe a Portobello Cap Sandwich and or Mushroom Pasta choice. I have not tried their Pizza or Calzon selections.
The Mellow Mushroom has a Comfortable Atmosphere with Good Service and Good Food.
If its location works for you it should provide...

I love they have non traditional pizza sauces.
For those who get heartburn with tomato based sauces, their non traditional pizzas are awesome. My favorite is their mushroom and garlicky aioli pizza.

Less a star bc their beer cheese is awful, tastes like they used the cheapest nastiest stale beer ever.

Kid-friendliness: They didn't look down on us for bringing in chicken nuggets bc that is the only thing my autistic grandson...

Lively, clean atmosphere. Not too busy at almost 2pm. Our server was nice, efficient, and friendly. This was actually our first visit ever and my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing late lunch with no complaints!
