My wife had to argue with the manager this morning because they forgot one of her sandwiches. Sadly the manager kept on until the wife gave up and went home without something she paid for. The manager was rude, and very unprofessional. Just to clarify..
I know mistakes happen but
1. when they forget to close the lid on your drink and it goes all over your arm..
2.Forget your straw before they ask you to pull up for the chicken.. Understandable..
3.Sit there 18 mins..
4.I go back around.. Ask them if its almost done.. She chuckles and says oh sorry there was an accident..
5.I ask for my reciept and the straw she forgot to give me..

Burger King offers a wonderful experience for travelers passing through. The staff is exceptional, courteous, and fast. The fiery chicken sandwich is fresh but not very spicy. The Whopper is really good and fresh, and the fries are hot and tasty. The restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly. A great place to stop for a meal, with pleasant staff and delicious food.
