King Donuts is a friendly donut shop serving high-quality treats that surpass expectations. Their donuts were fresh and really well prepared. The shop also offers impressive coffee drinks, including caramel Frappuccinos with espresso shots and fruit smoothies that were excellent and definitely worth trying. The coffee was just okay. The atmosphere could use some improvement, though. Since it’s connected to a gas station, it has a bit of a rough-around-the-edges vibe, and there were some random items stacked or sitting against the walls, which made the space feel cluttered. Still, if you’re stopping in for a quick treat or a smoothie, it’s a solid choice! They also offer bacon and egg croissants, glazed donuts, and long Johns with chocolate icing and creamy filling. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant bun was super good and delicious.
