FRAUD ALERT: This Pizza Dump Stole $5 From My Card… Because Apparently Handing a Box Out a Window Deserves a “Tip”!
Imagine ordering online on December 9th for a measly $17.88, expecting a hassle-free pickup. Instead, my account gets slammed with $22.88.. Turns out some thieving employee tacked on an unauthorized $5 “tip” like it’s their birthright. Must’ve felt the need to rip me off just to slide a pizza box out a grimy window. No smile, no service, just straight-up theft!
This joint is shadier than midnight alley in Louisville. If they’re bold enough to tamper with your card on a simple online order, what’s stopping them from skimming through your wallet next? Buyers, BEWARE: Pay cash or Pay elsewhere. This isn’t a restaurant; it’s a racket. Zero stars AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese stuffed crust pizza and whenever I received my order it was a full pepperoni pizza. No big deal I take it back to the counter to let them know, without question they made me a whole cheese pizza and let me keep the pep. No questions asked. FELT LIKE ROYALTY WHENEVER THEY MET ME AT THE DOOR WITH MY REPLACEMENT PIZZA!

Didn’t eat here but they wouldn’t answer my call. One of the drivers cut me off as I was driving and almost caused a major accident. This is ridiculous and not a good representation of the business your trying to promote.

Poor staff was undermanned (4 employees). Place was swamped with 2 waitresses, 1 person working the drive thru window and 1 person making the pizza. Pizza was good though. The pizza maker was overheard saying they didnt have anymore pepperoni slices since the night crew didnt pull any from the freezer to thaw out for the day shift.

Tables were filthy. Pizza was NOT cooked all the way! Cheese wasn't all the way melted. They were 45+ minutes on the table next to us and got the pizza wrong AND also not done it was a thin crust pizza!!!!!! We had no service after the food was brought out. My husband ordered a double pepperoni pizza and was given a melt. We had to get our own refills and check. Then asked twice for a box. All the while they were talking about how much they wanted to walk out and standing back there eating pizza. Pathetic.

I was charged almost twelve dollars for a personal pan pizza. The menu had a price of $6.95 maybe? It was $6 and some change is all I remember. That's insane for such a tiny pizza and I was still hungry after eating it. If the real price had been disclosed then I would have gone elsewhere to eat.

Employees, service, restaurant are great. Excellent customer service actually. But….. no prices on menus?? No paper towels or napkin dispensers on table? Boring, bland, void of decors/atmosphere lobby and dining area? Prices still reflect top knotch pizzeria but met with extremely discounted services and amenities.

I had this at 5 star. But over the last year every time I order pizzas, the mess the order up or leave something off my order.. food is good but get my order right.
We placed an order for pickup. The order was made perfectly and on time. The pizza was beautiful! Toppings where perfect! And after we picked up our order the lady gave my boys a picture to color and some crayons. Which was super nice bc we are just passing through.

Would not recommend. Sat in drive through for 20 minutes and the people in front of us got their order and when got to the window they said they were closed😡🫡
