“My family orders pizza from here every week, it has became our tradition. We always order the exact same thing. Never have we had any type of issue until now. I called ahead and ordered our 4 supreme pizzas as usual and went to pick them up. When we arrived I was told that our order was $105.00. At first I smiled because I knew it was a mistake, our pizzas have only ever costed around $40.00 as they are $9.99 each. The girl seemed confused and went to get her manager. The manager was awesome but even he couldn't understand why the price was over $100.00. Finally the girl who took my order by phone stormed over and right off the bat she was full of attitude. She said that I had ordered 4 pizzas with EVERYTHING on them so therefore EVERY single item that they had in the store was added to my 4 pizzas. First let me say that these pizzas was so heavy that they was struggling to hold them. Secondly I have to ask, WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD EVEN MAKE A PIZZA LIKE THIS! Little alone 4 of them without double checking with the customer, because that was just ridiculous. I asked for 4 new pizzas, because I DID NOT order such monstrosities. She straight up refused saying that the pizzas that they made was unsellable. Okay, so let me ask again, why on Earth would you make such a mess and expect someone to pay for it. She proceeded to slam the window in my face and walk away, The entire time the other girl was standing behind her making apologetic gestures and trying to apologize. Our routine was broken as we did not have our usual pizza party. I'm not angry and we will return for more pizza in the future, I'm just really upset that not one thing was done to attempt to make this right while the error was clearly on the person who took my order.“
“Excellent! It was everything I remember. The waitress was sweet, the food was good. The 2 for $9.99 is a great deal, I couldn't eat it all, and it includes a drink. Will be back when I can. BTW, this restaurant was torn down and completely rebuilt 1-2 years ago, so all new and clean. Only downside is no more buffet here either (none of them do now).“
