The other night was awful. I placed an online order and sent my son to pick it up get home and only 1 sub was made correctly. I had thought mine was right but when I bit into it it had mayonnaise on it. 1 out of 4 subs. I looked on the receipt and it was exactly what I had ordered. Im not sure what happened but I hope this gets fixed...

Don’t come here unless you plan to spend 40 minutes waiting on your mobile order. If you can’t accommodate mobile orders don’t offer them. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes to make a sandwich where there are 4 people working. I’ve never been to a slower subway.

We ordered “ThePhilly” online. To our dismay we got home to find our sandwiches cold. A Philly Cheesesteak. Who ever heard of that?? In the order we chose “not toasted” for the bread, because their toasting process destroys the bread in our opinion. We called back to ask about this and were told that “not toasted” means the meat is not heated either. It certainly does not specify that in the ordering process. Apparently you have to put in the “special” instructions that you want the meat heated. ABSURD!!!

Went in for lunch today and due to a power outage earlier in the day, the card machine wasn’t working. They told me to come back and pay later in the day, which I did.I applaud them for having a lot of trust in me, for only having come in a few times. Will come back!

Terrible. , Terrible, 15 min in line. , 1 older lady on line , 2 employees I back ...no one took our order or said hello. Older women took 10 min to make a sandwich. People in line were a dad and 2 teenagers...we left ..., horrible service for a small town ....2 employees,, should of helped the lady who moved like snail.....

Everything-rolls, meat, veggies, etc.-is always fresh and well made. The employees are welcoming. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.To the guy who reviewed this place upset over no masks, the internationally respected Cochrane Review just posted results from over 150,000 people concluding that masks absolutely do not stop this or any viruses. The owner was following the science. My wife learned that in nursing school back in the late 1970s.

Usually always good but get only cold cut sandwiches.Tonight i optioned for the Philly cheese for a change. The meat was very dry just didn't taste good. So I'll go back to cold cut.
