“Not only are Terrence and his family great people but they make the best Chinese food in central Kentucky!! Seriously, I haven’t had any better Chinese food in and around Lexington. We are very blessed to have such a great restaurant in our community. We eat there at least once a week and haven’t had a bad dish yet. Everything is made fresh daily by people that care. You can tell that this family run restaurant puts their heart and sole into their food. Why wouldn’t you want to support people like that. Thank you very much Great Wall!! You are the best.”
“We love the cozy and crafty atmosphere; every sandwich we have tried has been yummy and plentiful. Desserts melt in your mouth.Yesterday, my friends and I had the pleasure of enjoying a variety of their Christmas sweets including scones at the Waveland Christmas Tea. Waveland made the perfect choice!”
“Beautiful campus, wonderful people and hosting. God's presence is just such a miraculous thing!!!! I mean the whole town opened their arms, just like that university to people from all over the world!!!”
“Everything-rolls, meat, veggies, etc.-is always fresh and well made. The employees are welcoming. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.To the guy who reviewed this place upset over no masks, the internationally respected Cochrane Review just posted results from over 150,000 people concluding that masks absolutely do not stop this or any viruses. The owner was following the science. My wife learned that in nursing school back in the late 1970s.”
“2nd visit, veal Milanese is yummy, manicotti was just as good as the 1st time and the Di Stephano was also very good. Do yourself a favor, save room for the creme brulee, so flavorful! Eat here, you'll love it!”
“I came in just to have lunch and my server ended up giving me the best service ive ever had, id like to thank Jessica james for the great experience at bjs brew ”
“We went in there for the very first time yesterday. They were all very friendly and super helpful, by the time we left I felt like we had known them forever. Their meals are so convenient, pop them in the microwave for a minute and you have a delicious meal. If you want to eat healthy or maybe you already do but you’re tired of spending the day in the kitchen, you definitely wanna check these guys out.”
“Best hidden place in Lexington KY when it comes to Fresh made, cost effective and mouthwatering food and Mediterranean pastry! Food and pastry is made fresh every day and a Heaven for vegetarians as well! Must visit you will be surprisingly delighted!!”
“Zundo is one of the best restaurants in Lexington! We've been to Japan, and this is the most authentic Japanese restaurant in the states we've ever been to. Their Gyoza is divine, their ramen is absolutely delicious, and I love their boba/smoothies! We come here several times a month, and the staff are so sweet and kind. You won't be disappointed!!!”
“This place is adorable. It reminds me of the cafes in Europe. The pastries all look delicious. You definitely eat with your eyes first. I got a bear claw. I haven't had one in years and when I took a bite it took me back to childhood The only downfall for me is they don't offer decaffeinated coffee drinks. I can't have caffeine so I was unable to enjoy one of their unique coffees”
“I had the combination dinner number one. It has shrimp tempura and beef teriyaki. It comes with soup, salad, four pieces of California roll, and shumai. Everything was fantastic. I also had a Kirin beer. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. There is free parking, but the restaurant is small and there are not a lot of parking spots. It's probably a good idea to get a reservation, even though they don't seem to be required.”
“Agave & Rye is the best taco restaurant in Lex! They have the tastiest, most extravagant tacos! This is a great environment to try something new and have a few drinks with friends. Highly recommend ordering their Epic Queso Dip, the best queso dip in town!”
“2/23/24My husband ordered a garlic chicken pizza online and we drove to pickup as we’re not too far away. I was pleasantly surprised with such good price options in their windows, and various coupons that are offered. The garlic chicken pizza at Delish Pizza was nothing short of phenomenal. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing the ideal base for the toppings. What truly set this pizza apart was the in-house-made ranch and marinara sauces. Each bite was a perfect balance of creamy ranch and tangy marinara, elevating the flavors to new heights. The garlic infused into every layer of the pizza added a depth of flavor that kept me craving more with each bite.Overall, the garlic chicken pizza surpassed all of my expectations. If you're a garlic lover like myself, do yourself a favor and give this pizza a try—you won't be disappointed. Also make sure you get some of their in house made sauces, they’re so delicious! Great food and great service, will definitely return again in the near future!”
“If you're looking for quality food with an elevated atmosphere, Bella Notte is an absolute must-try in Lexington! Their seasonal menus are always stacked with fun dishes to try; you'll have to go back to try more! Their chicken parmesan is a personal favorite that is always on the menu! We cannot recommend Bella Notte enough. We LOVE getting them for our company parties!”
“Best in all of KENTUCKY. BEST TASTE EVER, SUPER CLEAN AND AMAZING STAFF!!! 5 STAR EXPERIENCE EVERY-TIME!!!! A place I will bring my kids and their kids. A great place for family gatherings and friends alike to eat and enjoy. Don’t miss out from the chicken étouffée, to the amazing jambalaya. There’s not a dish that you can go wrong with. Please do yourself a favor and go and enjoy. The dishes are large and very very very tasty.”
“Food is always great, as expected. So glad we have a Sonny's in Kentucky, as it has always been a favorite when we lived in Florida.Wheelchair accessibility: Staff seated us where all members of our party could easily access the table.”
“I love Luna's. The staff are consistently wonderful. The owners seem passionate about their business. The food and coffee is excellent. And the space is perfectly confusing to socializing over drinks or meals.”
“The food and service was good. I had the Bacado omelette and pancake with mimosa. Love the clean modern farmhouse decor. Great meeting place close to shopping.will be back!”
“Yall! This is the place! Fellow vegetarians/vegans, this is an incredible spot to check out. Blue has an extensive vegan sushi menu & it is DIVINE.I have never had any sushi I’ve enjoyed, so I was uncertain at first. I met my parents here for dinner since they are huge sushi lovers & I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was absolutely some of the best food I’ve had in a minute at a restaurant as a vegetarian. Started off with the charred edamame, bc who doesn’t love a great bowl of edamame before dinner? I use to not love sushi bc of the seaweed wrap, so I was happy to know they had alternatives, soy rice paper & cucumber. I enjoyed their Thai & Crunchy Cabbagge rolls. I was shocked at how much I loved sushi, even went back a day later lol. Everything was super tasty. The flavors & textures were everything!!! Not only was the food great, but I highly recommend sitting at the bar. Our bartender Gabrielle provided excellent service. My family & I appreciated your kindness! Gabrielle was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. My mom is gluten free & we are always grateful when our server is eager to help & knows how to accommodate.Thank you for your service, can’t wait to come back!Vegetarian options: HUGEEEE VEGAN MENU!Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat GF, Vegan, & Vegetarian!Parking: Not bad parking, on busy nights be prepared to maybe have a 5 minute walk to Blue!”
“Great place to have a drink and enjoy a cigar by yourself or with friends.Parking: You won't have trouble finding a place to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entry”
“I had a cinnamon bagel with the honey pecan cream cheese, it was okay, the cream cheese was good but the bagel is store bought I think, which is fine but $3.50 for a bagel is overpriced when a whole bag of bagels costs that much or you can go to the Panera Bread on Brannon crossing and get a fresh bagel for the same price including cream cheese.”
“The BEST place for a GREAT deal on a burrito lunch! The salsa bar is phenomenal too! Amazing service , fast , kind and great people! I go almost every week at least once for lunch. Do yourself a favor and go try it!”
“This is definitely a new favorite for us! Keep in mind that they only have one server at the moment so be patient. The atmosphere is really cool and the food was SOOO GOOD!We ordered the tostones ceviche, octopus, chicken croquettes, beef short rib empanadas, Cuban sandwich with fries and house Sangria. The empanadas weren’t our favorite, but that was only because everything else was so amazing. The octopus is VERY much worth the price. Very excited to go back and try the Paella.”
“Craving hibachi on the fly? Tokyo Express Hibachi and Sushi 2 - Nicholasville is your spot! Super fresh, super quick, and yes – they've got a drive-thru! ???”
“Love this little local dive. We’ve been here for both brunch and lunch and it never disappoints! Fast and friendly service, convenient location, just minutes from home. We will definitely be back!”
“Attended a Christmas Brunch hosted by a dear friend. The Glitz is so amazing! Almost otherworldly in the sumptuous richness of sparkling treasures inside to shop and the delectable food!!! Absolutely recommend!!! Must have reservations and you will find treasures!!!”
“Took the kids by after an appointment one morning for breakfast. Enjoyed it. Only complaint is the hash browns had a weird flavor, my daughter said they tasted like coconut ”
“I took a weekend trip back home to Lexington and we got a bunch of Archa Nine take out to share. Overall pretty good and I'd go back to try more! Ob Woon Sen was the star, it was fantastic! Close second was chicken satay. It's not tender and juicy because it's super thin strips of breast meat like all satay but has a good bite to it and the peanut sauce was superb! Pad Thai was good for what it is, and I know Pad Thai is a very polarizing dish. This is the wetter, tomato based version, and it was a good version of that. I like the drier tamarind forward version personally so I wouldn't order it again but if you're a tomato-type person definitely try it! Crying Tiger was the only disappointment. The meat was cooked perfectly medium rare which was great but it's a tough cut of meat, didn't chew well and really had very little flavor on the meat itself. Everything came out through the dipping sauces which were all great but I think they missed an opportunity to infuse some deliciousness into the beef itself. I was going to order Kee Mao but my family convinced me to change at the last minute. Don't listen to family. The two locations have different menus, so be sure you have the right one pulled up before you start picking your food. I was super excited about fresh Summer rolls and lemongrass chicken and then found out I couldn't have them on this side of town :(”
“It's a bit pricey but everything seems to be nowadays. Everything that my wife and I ordered was delicious. I got the ham and gruyere cheese omelet with greens, you can get potatoes instead and it cones with some sourdough toast. My wife got a salad and soup and the salad was delicious. Our waitress was great. We ended up going back again but long after. The inside of the restaurant is very nice.”
“My absolute favorite coffee shop in all of the Lexington area! Cozy, warm atmosphere with welcoming staff. The coffee is delicious! I love the lattes, especially the house made gingerbread latte around Christmas time.”
