Food is like every other subway. What sets this place apart is how slowly a group of (trained?) people can make a sandwich. 24 minutes for a cold toasted sandwich is too long. Save yourself some time and eat at any other option in Wilmore

Terrible. , Terrible, 15 min in line. , 1 older lady on line , 2 employees I back ...no one took our order or said hello. Older women took 10 min to make a sandwich. People in line were a dad and 2 teenagers...we left ..., horrible service for a small town ....2 employees,, should of helped the lady who moved like snail.....

Everything-rolls, meat, veggies, etc.-is always fresh and well made. The employees are welcoming. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.To the guy who reviewed this place upset over no masks, the internationally respected Cochrane Review just posted results from over 150,000 people concluding that masks absolutely do not stop this or any viruses. The owner was following the science. My wife learned that in nursing school back in the late 1970s.

Usually always good but get only cold cut sandwiches.Tonight i optioned for the Philly cheese for a change. The meat was very dry just didn't taste good. So I'll go back to cold cut.

My family and I have been to this subway maybe 10 time and we've had more bad experiences than good. The first one was when we showed up at 9:35pm ready to get a late dinner after work, they had already started closing, which is fine, except instead of greeting us and taking our order, they started looking at each other and debating whether or not they SHOULD take our order 25 minutes before they were supposed to close. That went on for a solid minute before we finally got frustrated and left. Since then we have ordered online and have had so many mistakes that we just expect something to be wrong. Today was our last order, my husband ran to get us an online lunch order, he picked it up and brought it home before he had to run out the door for work, it was missing bacon which cost extra and we paid for double, so instead of letting it go, he called. He was told he could bring it back and get it remade, so he explained that this was lunch before he had to run out the door for work, the girl and, what I assume was her manager then went back and forth for a minute or 2 before repeating that he had to bring the sandwich back or get nothing. So his $12 sandwich was messed up, and we can either deal with it or return THEIR mistake. He just took it back and now he won't have time to eat. He just walked in to let me know that they literally went thru the sandwich looking for the missing bacon ?, like we scammed them for free subway bacon ?. The store is unprofessional and unreliable. We'll go to Nicholasville from now on.

This is one of the worst places to eat in Wilmore the employees have covid and the flies are swarming the building they failed their health inspection and aren't posting the right score that they received if you were smart you would not eat at this restaurant
The general staff is nice and the food is what you'd expect from Subway. The real problem is with the owner and management. This location is run by an out of touch, covid denying, unkind, and conservative boomer. He treats his employees like they're below him and has no respect for anyone. This clown has had his subway location closed down like 4 times in the past couple years because he's got too much of a child's brain to ask his employees to wear masks and care about other people, probably because he's incapable of doing so himself. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. This might be one of 2-3 eating locations available in Wilmore, but it's certainly worth your money to drive somewhere else to eat.

Great experience here stopped in for lunch while working. Was greeted and made to feel at home Taylor and December made me feel like I was eating at home almost anytime I'm in Wilmore I will definitely come back to the subway to see them again.There was also a younger girl working do not recall her name she was very very polite as well
