The service really was attentive without being overbearing, professional yet warmly inviting. The facility was clean (which really is the most important thing), but uninspired in any "Asian" way that would make this a "destination" dining experience. The spring rolls could be half the size because they are HUGE, stuffed with noodle, and therefore lose flavor impact because it's too much noodle. The peanut sauce (house made?) was Delicious. I'm not certain if my prior experiences with pad Thai were Americanized or if this one was, but it was not what I expected. At all. Again, generous portions, more generous than necessary, as I would prefer higher quality over quantity. The pictures of the food, in the menu, make the food look anemic- just a name and description would be better. But that's kind of nitpicking... The crux is that Amy's could be a really exciting and enjoyable experience if she nails down one or two dishes and makes them exceptional. Maybe become the pho champ of Winchester? As it is, there's lots and lots to choose from... But none of it is remarkable in a good way.

Amy’s is so tasty! All the food is cooked to order (so easy to request anything special) by Amy herself and I can’t say enough good things about it. The green papaya salad is addictive. Between the crunch of the papaya, the shrimp, the peanuts and the heat- it’s out of this world. If she has the seafood toast- get it. It’s the best. And the pork butt platter is yummy yummy!
The Vietnamese Pancakes (rice flour crepe with onions bean sprouts pork and shrimp) : SO good! (Amy asked if I liked spicy things and after discussing it with her she added about 1/2 of a Thai pepper ?️ . . .which was just perfect for my taste buds) The flan is a must.

Amy's is a great atmosphere with excellent food. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. They made sure to answer any questions and make recommendations. The owner - Amy - is so nice and welcoming. The prices are in line with typical Asian restaurants. We ordered the pad Thai and the pho. While the pad Thai dish was very good it was different from what we expected and wasn't quite as spicy. This would be a great option for someone who likes more mild flavors. When we were chatting with Amy we found out about the chili oil and we intend to add a bit to our dish next time. This version did not contain peanuts. I got the short rib pho and the meat was tender and the broth was flavorful. I will be back for more pho!!

My wife and I have been wanting to try Amy's Asian Kitchen since its opening. We stopped in for takeout tonight and ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, Short Rib Pho and the Pork Egg Rolls. I went in to place a takeout order. Amy took our order and was super hospitable during the wait. The restaurant looked very nice and decorated for the season. Our food was prepared quickly and everything was excellent. The broth of the Pho mixed with the fresh vegetables/toppings along with the tender cuts of short rib were excellent. My wife ate the Chicken Pad Thai and also raved about the taste. We will definitely be back to eat in person. Very excited that Winchester has a place like Amy's Asian Kitchen. Thanks for the excellent food and service!
