The Vietnamese Pancakes (rice flour crepe with onions bean sprouts pork and shrimp) : SO good! (Amy asked if I liked spicy things and after discussing it with her she added about 1/2 of a Thai pepper ?️ . . .which was just perfect for my taste buds) The flan is a must.
Amy's is a great atmosphere with excellent food. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. They made sure to answer any questions and make recommendations. The owner - Amy - is so nice and welcoming. The prices are in line with typical Asian restaurants. We ordered the pad Thai and the pho. Amy’s is so tasty! All the food is cooked to order (so easy to request anything special) by Amy herself and I can’t say enough good things about it. The green papaya salad is addictive. Between the crunch of the papaya, the shrimp, the peanuts and the heat- it’s out of this world. If she has the seafood toast- get it. It’s the best. And the pork butt platter is yummy yummy!
