Corporate owned and it sucks. Workers constantly coming outside and smoking in front of doors. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Avoid this location.

I'm going to stop going to this location. I've been twice in the last month or so and both times I got a medium blizzard, paid almost $7 each, and ultimately I got a cup of soft serve with one single bite of toppings in it both times. Tonight it was after waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. This location is consistently bad.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I would give 0. The food was all grease. And the location might as well have a “WHITES ONLY” sign the way they make you feel uncomfortable being inside. OTHER customers were treated with a smile. They took my order like I was BOTHERING THEM to be in there. The patrons seemed like they lost their appetite seeing someone of color inside.
The teen guy with the curly hair will put this place out of business. I appreciate and sympathize with his manager which is why this isn't a 1 star review.
After waiting around 30-40 minutes and being handed things one at a time, mostly wrong items, I finally went inside when I still didn't have a completed order. Once inside I explain I had a mobile order and the manager let's me know it was sitting ready the entire time I was waiting.... If only they had known🤦♀️

I went through the drive-through and ordered a plain ice cream cone. I got to the window and didn’t understand what the boy said but thought to myself did he just say eight dollars? when he came back, he had an ice cream that was obviously not mine so I told him that I had just ordered a plain ice cream cone. He looked annoyed, but he did go back to get me my cone. He came back and just handed it to me without saying anything at all, so I asked how much have you charged me for this. He looked me in the face and told me it was four dollars and something thing, which was the correct price for the cone, but that was not what he was trying to hand me so I asked for my receipt. He looked at the screen and pretended to reprint this receipt, but then said it wouldn’t print, that it was only printing out blank white paper. I did go ahead and leave, but then I looked at my bank account and sure enough, he had charged me $8.25 for a four dollar cone. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if he had just been honest about what he done and offered to fix it in some way. I’m not an unreasonable person, but he denied doing anything wrong. He lied to my face and then went on like nothing ever happened. I did try to call the restaurant to at least let them know what was going on in their drive-through, but nobody would answer the phone. Just really frustrated and annoyed that he couldn’t admit that he done something wrong and try to fix it.
Ordered a medium blizzard, paid $6.35, received a small.
I had ordered on the app two chicken strips sandwiches no lettuce I get two plain sandwiches. I don't know who was working back line but they really need to be trained on what goes on the sandwiches. My husband's onion rings are burnt. This is unacceptable and to call over to the restaurant no one answers or they don't resolve the issue

Had to wait in line about 15 minutes when we got to the window they tried to hand us the wrong item when we asked them to read us the order to make sure it was right they read out the correct order but when looking at the receipt they never fixed the wrong item which ended up costing more than what we actually had got 1/10 experience will not be back for a while
Update got home to realize they never gave us one of our drinks the the cheeseburger didn't have cheese

This place is awful. This place is run downed and needs updated immediately. The service is very poor and all the employees need to have an assessment done on there work ethics. The drive thru employee (Young female) was very rude and very unapologetic. The food is very poor. the taste was awful. I'm not sure if there food is kept in a refrigerator to keep at regulated temperatures but whoever is in charge of the food is not properly stocking the open chicken and other food for storage and maybe the grease isn't being changed on a normal basis because the fries were soak in grease and looked to be a day old or hours old. I use to work for dairy Queen and other fast food restaurants. So I know something isn't right. Whatever is going on at this place it needs immediate attention. I believe whoever is in charge needs replaced and that they could be violating health code policies but that's just a hunch and not backed by evidence. Please someone get this place taken care of and back in business. The Dairy Queen in Mount Sterling has nothing wrong with it and I love the food. So I know something can be done quickly and effectively.

Went through drive thru to order a banana split. Tells me bananas are no good. What kind of restaurant doesn't have fresh bananas on hand??? If they're no good, go get some more at a local store!!!

Ordered two plain cheeseburgers & fries... were handed cold tasteless burgers with mustard, ketchup & pickles..fries were also a big disappoint!
