We ate at Smokin’ Howard’s when we stopped in Winchester on a two-day roadtrip. When we walked up we were blown away by his smoking set-up!
The brisket, BBQ sauce, potato salad and lemon pie were all outstanding! Even better was being able to sit outside and chat with Howard.

Fantastic atmosphere. Sort of takes you back to the good ol days of a classic establishment. The food was fantastic. Classic BBQ. And the service was incredible. Thank you Kass for the great service. If you come here and shes here yall sre in good hands.
Smokin' Howards Sports Bar & Grill offers delicious food, especially the brisket and pulled pork. The catfish was amazing and the potato salad was perfect. The atmosphere is lively, with a very active bar and seating area. Customers enjoyed the different beer cheeses, with Howard's being the favorite. The restaurant is known for its friendly staff and welcoming environment. Many visitors praised the generous and huge portions. The owner, Paul Howard, is often seen interacting with guests, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. The ribs fell off the bone and the greens and Mac & cheese are delicious. Despite sometimes being short staffed, the food comes very quickly and is on point. A great place to visit for a tasty meal and a fun time.
