Best chili relleno I've had in decades. The chicken fajitas were good. Service was excellent. Glad we decided to give it a try. Our 2nd visit was not so good. Service started strong and became nonexistent. What tamale I've seen in 40+ years. Margarita may have had tequila in it, I could not tell. The chili relleno was still excellent.
It was our second time here and both times we sat in the bar where the acoustics are a little undesirable and louder than the dining room. Tonight was a busy night so we were prepared to wait for service/food, but both were delivered in a timely manner.I ordered the carnitas burrito and it was very good but came without rice & beans. I was also quite disappointed in the guacamole appetizer which looked like a paste squeezed from a tube - definitely not fresh or what it looks like...read full review

Food was ok. The salsa is a huge disappointment - no flavor at all. Hubby liked the beer - nice and cold and icy but his burrito was mostly lettuce with very little meat. My polo bandido was good but it wasn't hot. Also the prices have gone up quite a bit since the last time we were here. I think I'll stick with the Mexican Restaurant across the By-pass (next to Walmart) - they never disappoint.
