Went for lunch and both the food and service were impeccable! I ordered the hot brown pizza (no tomatoes), the Caesar salad and the derby pie. I'm from KY but I don't live there anymore and it's probably for the best since I would want this every day. Our server was friendly and efficient (we had a big group) so kudos for all you do! 👏
It's a nice joint! I enjoyed my experience. It's in a nice location right along main street, and it's got a cool ambience. The food was solid. I ordered pizza, the Quattro Formagia (4 cheese), and I went with some friends and we all got different pizzas. The other pizzas they bought all looked really solid as well! Definitely kind of a unique joint, and a real gem for that area. Overall, I gave it a 4 of 5, but that shouldn't deter anyone. Definitely a spot...
I had the Sunday Sauce which is a huge bowl of Spaghetti and meatballs and Italian sausage. It was without a doubt the best sauce I have ever put in my mouth and I used to be married to an Italian. This little gem is situated in charming downtown Winchester, KY. The bourbon list is small but thorough. I had some Buffalo Trace with my meal. It's only 5 minutes off the highway and well worth the stop. Great service and reasonable prices. Lovely atmosphere. Don't miss this...
