Food is pretty consistent with all the chains but the employees don't know their own menu. We asked for a few items that all other taco bells offer but they said they didn't have it. They seem under trained on the front end and rely too much on people ordering their own food. Poor communication skills, mix up of names and orders when ordering with someone.

Tried to eat in Winchester store. HORRIBLE. Hate to order inside using kiosk. Order at register not an option. Placed order around 4:50pm. 6 other dine in orders waiting FOREVER. No MGR. Poor service. Food was a mess. Never going back.

Let me preface this by saying this is NOT the first time. Made a mobile order, picked up via drive through, got the cheese but somehow forgot nachos. If this was a first whatever, but this has happened pretty consistently. If you want a T-Bell location that gets your food right, this is not the place.

Ordered an orange cream freeze, was handed a regular vanilla. I asked them to remake it and they gave me the SMALLEST sliver of orange you can imagine. They forgot the hot sauce. The nacho fries were dumped in the bag. Awful experience.

I just did my 1st DoorDash order with Taco Bell and it got here COLD and Soggy. The order sat for a little over 40 minutes before the driver picked it up, then it took about 10-12 minutes to bring it to me and I am about 3-5 minutes from Taco Bell. I call DoorDash to let them know I had to toss all the food and they would not credit all my money back. They still kept a little over 10 bucks. NEVER AGAIN! SCAMMERS!

Watching as they make order after order of cars that are coming in through the drive thru. I have two regular soft tacos and it’s been 15 mins. But large bags go out the window, when they got here after me.

There was no line in the drive thru before I am, I don’t understand why I can’t get my simple order
