I made a mobile order last night and they forgot my lux box, they didn't cut my quesadilla and said it was cut when it wasn't if anything it was folded into a burrito. Then I got home and bit into my grilled cheese burrito and I had the ground beef substituted with steak and there was absolutely no steak on it. Not to mention one of the workers said they threw my food away the first time I had to go back. I had to go back 3 times last night and every time something was messed up. I don't recommend eating here unless you want night shift to mess your order up 3 or more times.

The TB in Winchester has set the standard for the worst fast food restaurant in the nation if not the world if not the galaxy. Cold crusty food served up by employees that could care less about customers that wait on you when they are finished texting, scratching, who knows what…Raise prices, pay the help more and things will get better. .

This location is just went downhill. We don't eat here that often but every time we do we spend more money than what it's worth and end up throwing out majority of our food.

Glad I only came here passing through because this was the worst location I've been to.

I'm assuming you can only order at the little kiosks, because although there were at least 10 employees working and multiple coming to the counter to set food down, not a single employee said "Ma'am I'm sorry but we don't accept ordering at the counter" and let myself and multiple others just stand there for 5 minutes.
Or maybe customers just need to yell their order to the employees literally dancing instead of making food and that's how they do it there? Regardless, it was ridiculous.

A lot of tables were still filthy, and the drink station was gross with trash everywhere.

Doordashing, they won't help ANYONE in the lobby, they are just focused on their empty drive thru. Some people got their order an hour later while in the lobby. They literally had people walking out of the lobby because of how slow everything is. Makes absolutely no sense.

Went to the drive thru at 12AM, was in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes. Wish I didn’t use the mobile app to place my order, no way to cancel order. For the time it took to get my order I could have went to Waffle House ordered and ate my food and be home.

They were busy ill give them that. After watching several people go up cause items were missing i shouldve went somewhere else. Cause my order wasn’t correct which is the case for this taco bell its notorious for giving you not what you ordered but ill usually wait to get it done but i had already waited 20 mins to get it and needed to get on to work. But the girl that dropped my food off just flung it up on the counter i had to stop it from going in the floor , had as i was dining in and not to go. The young girl working the counter was the one that saved the day cause i was abt to have a conversation with the mgr, she got me my drink and a bag. That girl is the type of employee you need the back line all need to go find something else cause they dont deserve minimum wage.

Made an online order and was charged twice. Either their fault or mine. (Not 100% sure) When we get there the app didn't send them out order and wouldn't cooperate at all. Either way, the money was refunded and the meal was free. No other fast food is doing that. When the McDonald's app is messed up they just say it not their problem....
