This manager in Dt last night was very rude.. my nephew worked there but had left.. he killed himself yesterday and they had no heart.. she helped the driver n front of me call the law over me bein sick cuz I just found out about the death.. then had the nerve to cuss at me.. n throw my card at me.. and refused to give me my food that was 31.00 worth

I don’t know who’s running this store but they need to take a good look in the mirror and really ask themselves if they even care about their job. Why offer mobile order if customers are going to have to go through the drive through anyway because it’s too short staffed (on a Saturday night of all nights)? Why wouldn’t the drive through be closed and just have people come into the establishment? That was you can use the mobile order service that is pushed. Seriously who created this policy? There are so few places in this whole town where you can anything something to eat after 10 and I paid $40 for cold food 30 mins later when I was able to get it. I want to specify that I don’t think it is the individual employees fault, if anything they deserve a hell of a lot more then they are making. A complete failure of management and corporate.

There was an employee named Jesse at the Winchester Kentucky store who went above and beyond normal duties. He wouldn't touch anything or wait on anyone until he got rid of the trash he was carrying and washed and disinfectant his hands. He needs to be commended for doing such a great job.

I made a mobile order last night and they forgot my lux box, they didn't cut my quesadilla and said it was cut when it wasn't if anything it was folded into a burrito. Then I got home and bit into my grilled cheese burrito and I had the ground beef substituted with steak and there was absolutely no steak on it. Not to mention one of the workers said they threw my food away the first time I had to go back. I had to go back 3 times last night and every time something was messed up. I don't recommend eating here unless you want night shift to mess your order up 3 or more times.
