I have tried different Mexican restaurants within the Winchester area, this place is by far my favorite restaurant, excellent food, friendly service and the atmosphere is great, I eat here several times a month, street tacos and the fajita burrito are so good.
This is the best Mexican restaurant in Winchester full stop. If you want mind blowing birria, real street tacos, and delicious drinks, go to Tacos Luna y Mas. The women who run the cute little shop are amazing. I've never had to wait too long for my order even when they're slammed. Charging for chips & salsa? First time I have seen a Mexican place charge for that. The food portions are a bit small for the prices. The burrito had more tortillas than filling. The food was decent.
