Great food!
We stopped here in a road trip through Kentucky. We got there around 9am on a Saturday morning , and it was busy by the time we left. There was only one waitress, but we never felt neglected and she was working really hard. The dog decor was classy and cute without being tacky. Fair pricing.
Parking: Plenty of street parking.
Kid-friendliness: Tons of options for kids on the menu. Relaxed atmosphere.

called in large group order, was told 30 minutes, took over an hour to get the food, multiple orders made incorrectly and even left off ingredients in the item description. example, ordered northerner and got bacon egg and cheese bagel. my wife picked this up in person and her words were that they were actually rude and ignored her when she was trying to speak to owner (who was taking order). will not be back. instead of apologizing he apparently shoved a giftcard in her face before sending her off without words.

Wow, what delicious food and fun Sunday brunch atmosphere.
This is the only local breakfast place in town and the business shows it. It was a 5 minute wait for a clean table and the amazing waitress was doing their best.
I think the cafe is too big for one person to handle all the drinks and orders.
The bussing process needs some efficiency's upgrades, perhaps a large tub for carrying multiple tables worth of dishes and the busser needs to be responsible for sanitizing the tables once cleared. It won't always be this busy, and the team needs to be prepared for when it is. Reading other reviews has informed me this has been a long standing problem. This isn't the fault of the staff no matter how much you want it to be, this is the fault of the standing processes and procedures, may God bring swift change upon your heart.
Parking: It's a downtown Main street strip cafe parking is limited.

Food and service has always been great, but watched another customer physically twist a dogs ears and necked until it yelped loudly repeatedly simply for standing up as I passed. Nothing was said and he was still served. I love that the place is dog friendly but if animal abusers are tolerated and served I may never be back. It absolutely ruined my breakfast and experience .
The food is delicious!
So nice to have a sit down breakfast lunch

Food was solid, service not so much. Slow, and lack of service at the table overall. Not exactly the friendliest servers either. We would give it another shot next time we are in town.

Extremely slow, 1 server for 10 tables.
It took over an hour to get our food with no explanation as to why it took so long!! We have ate here a few times before and never had the wait for food like we did today!!! I love eating local and giving back to local but not sure I will be back here again again!!!

Waited almost an hour for cold gravy and runny eggs. Took 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Very unhappy with the service versus the first time here. No apologies were given... guessing this is the standard??

We dined outside, which was nice. However, it took over an hour for our food and when we got it they had put baking soda on my pancakes instead of powdered sugar, my eggs were not cooking right and honestly, we thought they forgot about us for a bit. They offered to remake our order but we couldn't wait around that long again.

Don't go here unless you want to wait a really long time for your food. It's a lovely, cute place, and the food does look delicious, but we had to eventually leave, because our kids were starving.
The best Panini I ever had and the places is beautiful and spacious with a calm atmosphere. My daughter loves it too!
