Rude, trashy abusive staff. Unattentive. Dont want you to stay and spend time. willing to degrade you to other customers. They don't deserve tips, the food is okay the atmosphere is awful. The whole staff and the owners need to be replaced. I think one might be and alcoholic. Shame.

Cheeseburgers and fries are always so hot you can’t touch them when served, toppings are cold and fresh, and the price is right. Just need to get a couple good IPAs and other craft beers in the bar.

I think it just wasn't the best day there. Maybe the AC wasn't working efficiently? It was quite warm inside. The food was tasty, but nothing special. The service was very good, in spite of the waitress being a bit flustered due to the heat. I have been here before, and it was much better. A nice place to gather. I would still recommend it.
my husband and I ate here last night for the first time. we got the cheeseburger and fries. they were very good. I highly recommend it. we will definitely be back.

Casual atmosphere with friendly, prompt service. The steak was excellent and cooked to order (I like mine rare, and “rarely” get it that way!). I’m so glad we have a really good restaurant in Winchester!
