Good food and service. Friendly people. Menu is simple but has good choices. Best wings in Winchester. Its a hidden gem for dining but worth the trip. It's on a golf course which can cause getting your food quickly so don't be in a hurry. Only concern is the food came out one order at a time, when you have a party of six it took a minute. It was worth the wait. Many locals were there and happiness all round.

As a previous server at this establishment, I can confirm every bad review. I hate to write negative reviews, but the treatment I received as well as my other coworkers was beyond cruel. Our hours would get adjusted if we stayed hours past close so they wouldn’t have to pay us, they would call my other coworkers vile names and would speak on how “they couldn’t keep their legs closed” to customers (we were all high schoolers). Overall, it was one of the worst job experiences I ever had and I would not recommend eating here or ever considering working here.

Rude, trashy abusive staff. Unattentive. Dont want you to stay and spend time. willing to degrade you to other customers. They don't deserve tips, the food is okay the atmosphere is awful. The whole staff and the owners need to be replaced. I think one might be and alcoholic. Shame.

Very trashy and expect a tip with crappy service. Waitress couldn’t keep her tongue out of her boyfriend’s throat long enough to refill our drinks. Then owner Chase you to your vehicles cussing you after you chose to leave and have people chase down your vehicle. Do better

Owners chased us out because my friend didn’t leave a tip and wrote a bad review on the ticket. Not our fault our waitress was too busy with her boyfriend to come check on our table. They were also mad that we ate and watched the basketball game. Won’t be back there. Also next time don’t gave 10 guys chase 3 people down while they are trying to get kids in the car.
We enjoy having steaks at Southwind again! I also just had a wonderful breakfast.
We enjoy eating outside in summer as well.

Cheeseburgers and fries are always so hot you can’t touch them when served, toppings are cold and fresh, and the price is right. Just need to get a couple good IPAs and other craft beers in the bar.
